Went into the Preston store, and had a great experience choosing our sofa, paid deposit and was told will take around 12 weeks. I saw the reviews here after and was extremely worried as many had a bad experience. But low and behold we got a text to confirm delivery the night before and sofas came the next day. They were delivered by a third party company and the men were great, the sofa didn’t fit through our door but they delivered through the conservatory and removed the internal sliding door to ensure it fit, even though the other delivery man told him not to and to put the delivery down as a fail due to not being able to fit through. The door came off and sofa came in, and he put the door back on. I think no one who gets a good experience writes about it, I can’t fault sofology.

I have to say other than taking 4 months to arrive I got it today and there were no issues. My couch arrived today all in great working order, delivery team were fab too! I was worried after reading these reviews that it wouldn’t turn up or if it did it would be damaged but it’s all good! Maybe I was just lucky but I recommend Sofology!

I didn't realise Sofology had such bad reviews until after I had placed my order and was getting quite worried. I ordered a clearance/ex-display sofa online and so only dealt with Sofology via telephone and email. I was contacted to arrange delivery which arranged for a day that suited me. However, 48 hours before the delivery date I had to take my dog to the vet and his follow up appointment was scheduled for the delivery day so I had to phone Sofology. I was fifth in the queue and on hold for about 10 minutes, spoke to a lady who cancelled the delivery and contacted me later that day to reschedule. The day before the delivery I was text my four hour delivery window and the morning of the delivery I got a phone call asking if I was home as they were running earlier than scheduled. The delivery itself went smoothly, the guys were friendly and professional, carried my new sofa upstairs for me and I'm very happy with it. I also paid for the Clearabee Sofa Rescue service which went equally smoothly. It was a bit of a fiddle to get the old sofa out but they took a part off and got it out. It couldn't have gone better and from the experience I had I would use them again.

We shopped around quite a few couch companies but none compared to the quality of Sofology. We weren't jumped on the minute we walked on but there was always some available if needed. We took a long time asking questions and prices and left the shop to think about it without any fuss from staff. Obviously we went ahead with the purchase and we couldn't be any happier. The communication was spot on and the delivery faultless. From start to finish a great experience. We bought three couches (Majestic in steel). Perfect.

Fantastic service from Warrington store, Ordering was effortless once we had made our choice from the Galleria range. We were given a time scale of approx. 8 weeks and delivery was a couple of weeks after this which wasn’t a problem. Delivery was as promised and within the 4 hour time slot given. The guys were fantastic and did a great job getting the suite into our living room. The suite looks fabulous and now hoping that it will continue to look as good with daily use. Thank you sofology.

Great experience from start to finish, shop staff very helpful, sofa came sooner then originally estimated, delivery team were very good & new Mazizini Corner sofa exceeds our expectations. Also used the Clearabee removal service for our old 3 piece & they were very good also. I had read a lot of bad reviews beforehand and so was a bit apprehensive of using Sofology but i am very happy that we did as are my brother & sister in law who also had a positive experience with them.

Had to return sofa because of issues but would like to offer my great thanks to Rhea Kane in customer service for outstanding service replied to e mails any promises made where fulfilled. Credit to sofology. Thank you Rhea.

Had sofa for 5 years and still in good condition. Couple of issues with broken wooden slat on the footstool and connection on the l-shaped sofa so thought would contact them to get them sorted under warranty. Didn’t hold out much hope based on reviews but I honestly couldn’t fault them. Sent them an email request and they followed up twice with phone calls before I called back. Engineer booked in easily and promptly, he gave heads up day before on timing and was helpful, efficient and adhered to all social distancing rules. Credit where credit is due. Would recommend them for sofas and aftercare.

Leaving this review here as I looked at these reviews before buying from sofology and got very nervous. I had no reason to be - our Finchley sofa arrived two weeks ago (a week sooner than expected!) and we love it. The delivery was seamless and the sofa itself looks lovely and is very comfortable to sit on. Seems good quality so far too.

Was panicking after reading all these reviews. Had our emperor sofa delivered a couple of weeks after estimated delivery date and its absolutely beautiful. Delivery men were lovely. So happy and relieved

Got my sofa delivered this morning at the time I was told. In addition the delivery driver rang me when he was 10mins away. My experience from start to finish has been excellent. I was extremely worried after seeing so many negative comments on Facebook and here. Thankfully, my sofa arrived on time and it is beautiful x

This is NOT a review for Sofology but for the team who delivered on their behalf , which was called I think BQ logistics or something along those lines. The 2 guys were brilliant . They went above and beyond for Sofology. The team at Sofology could learn a lot about customer service from these.

We dealt with Barney in the Lakeside store. I don’t think I’ve experienced customer service as good as this. He was carrying chairs for me from around the store and was so patient with me. Typical woman could not make my mind up. Decided on the Marmont sofa mixed with the Midas chair Can not recommend Sofology lakeside highly enough and Barney is an example of what gold standard customer service looks like. Looking at the reviews below re delivery time. We have been given a 12 week delivery time which I would expect from any sofa company. Maybe they have changed their delivery times now to reflect what has happened to customers below.

I’m very surprised about all the negative comments. I’m so sorry a lot of customers have had such a negative experience . Having said that however, I have to share a that my experience has been very positive. Purchased my sofas In 2016. Had to ask for repairs twice, once for a loose stud which they came out immediately and fixed , the second time was my adult son jumping on the footstool and cracking the frame. Again they came out and repaired the damage, no questioned asked. I would recommend Sofology Sofas.

If you want a good settee and good customer service please don’t go to sofology, because they want your money but don’t want to know when things go wrong they will say you haven’t sit on it right or you should thump the cushions up to keep the cushions plump which they don’t tell you when you buy it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY OTHER WISE

ordered online, estimated 5 weeks, delivered in about 4. sofa (midas 2+2 corner group) is beautiful. two delivery guys were pleasant and very helpful with tricky access.

SOFOLOGY HAS BEEN BRILLIANT - I read all of the bad reviews (and was really worried) but I must say they have been fantastic from start to finish. We bought the sofas from the sofology clearance online so got a great price. The sofas then arrived really quickly and we were kept up to date regarding the delivery time slot etc. Then on the day we were unable to get them through the door (DOH!) and the delivery team managed to get them through the window, put the legs on, got them into position and took away all of the rubbish too. More importantly the sofas look great and are so comfortable. We are delighted by the sofas. I asked loads of people at work who had also bought from sofology and they had a great experience too so I think it may just be that people are more likely to write a review when something has gone wrong. I have been extremely impressed by sofology. Best service and value for money.
