Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered almost a month ago and have yet to receive it. I never received a confirmation email that they even got the order, but they took the money out right away. I had to email them to see what was going on (after paying expedite shipping), and they said it would ship out April 12. Never got an email so I emailed April 14, and they said it was in “quality check” and it would be another 4-5 days. After six, I still hadn’t gotten an update and emailed to just cancel the order and send me a refund. They refused and claimed that the coronavirus was delaying the order (why give me those shipping dates then? And this was the first time they said it was delayed due to covid). They said all companies are delayed because of covid (UNTRUE, they’re the only online order I’ve placed that seems to be delayed). Well, here we are 24 days later...still no tracking number, can’t access my order and they’re saying that I basically just have to sit around and wait. They’re refusing to refund me, even for the shipping. 100% do NOT recommend.

I placed an order on February 7th. It’s April 13th and the order still hasn’t arrived. The oder shipped on March 14th. I understand a pandemic started so I’ll forgive the delay in shipping time but your shipping timelines state 5-8 business days....it’s been 21. Don’t even want the product at this point just my money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a necklace and the beginning of February and it is now March 19 and I still have no received it nor any information about its whereabouts. I contacted the company to get a refund and they said I could not get it because it is too late to cancel because it had already been shipped out yet I haven't received it.

Does anyone have a contact number for this company. I ordered a valentines gift, paid extra to get it here on time and its still not here. They took payment as soon as i ordered. Just keep getting automated email replies. Angry doesn’t cover it... scam artists!!

Ordered a gift for friends 30th back in January. Still haven't received it! Contacted them several times and they keep saying it is due to coronavirus and will be shipped in February! It's now March and still nothing. They shouldn't have their website open to receive new orders if they are having issues with coronavirus and shipping! Absolute joke! DO NOT order from here!!!

***********STAY AWAY FROM SOUFEEL**************************** THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE NECKLACE AND THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. I'VE SPECIFICALLY STATED I WANT TO RETURN THIS AND "CHERRY" EMAILS ME STATING " THEY SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH THE NECKLACE". WHY WON'T THEY TAKE THIS DEFECTIVE NECKLACE BACK? EVEN IF IT WEREN'T DEFECTIVE I HAVE A RIGHT AS A CONSUMER TO MY MONEY BACK. I WILL CONTACT PAYPAL AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AT THIS POINT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't even want to wait for my items to finally get here to review. I won't reorder ever again . 3 emails and still no response back! . The website said 5 to 8 days to make and process my item was in processing for 15 days finally shipped and still not here yet. And I paid extra for expedite. I ordered plenty of time for fathers day yet still have nothing!!! My order literally Still shows in Processing it’s been over 2weeks since I placed the order! I ordered 29 items and paid well over $300.00 !!!!! They should not have taken the money until the order is shipped and they already charged and took the money !!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM IS DEFINITELY ALL OVER THIS THEY HAVE 48 hours before I contact the police and the fraud department!!!!! I will be refuting this charge in 48 hours!!!!

I too am in the same boat! Ordered a puzzle in April for a friends birthday and here we are in July. I’ve actually been emailing with their “customer service representative” if you’d like to call her that. All she does is blame COVID and say it’s out of their hands when I’ve asked for a refund. I’ve told her multiple times that my friend is fleeing NY and will no longer be at the residence and her solution was to be patient and wait. What?! How does waiting longer get it to my friend who isn’t even at the delivery address anymore. She’s infuriating and will not direct me to someone higher up. This company is a scam!

I ordered 3 picture puzzles! Money was taken out of my account 4/30 ($114) Today is May 13th! I never received them (they were gifts for mothers day) I cant get a hold of anyone via phone,email,messenger, or bitrate review! This is my 1st time & last! Send me my package or give me a REFUND!! FURIOUS ! The absolutely worst part is I CANT GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I purchased a customized moon lamp on 04/10 and it supposedly shipped out on 04/20. However it’s 05/04 and I have not received anything. I emailed three different times and I get automated responses that it’ll arrive within 3-6 business days. The tracking number they gave me is useless because all I see on the tracking information is “on its way to a USPS” it doesn’t confirm that a USPS has received my item. The items are being shipped from California - it makes no sense that it’s taking all this time. I came across this website AFTER purchasing through Soufeel’s website and I really wish I would’ve came across this website beforehand. I saw everyone’s reviews and I’m amazed at what a scam this company is. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Awful customer service. Excuse after excuse as to why my item has not been delivered. 2 months late at the moment and then now I'm having to pay a customs charge after paying Express delivery. This item was supposed to be a birthday present and now because it didn't arrive in time I have a very disappointed partner. Ridiculous company! Would not recommend at all!

Service could not have possible been worse. I tried to order an item before Valentines day, admittedly late, but the website stated guaranteed delivery by at least the day after, but expected before. When trying to order, it twice told me the order had failed. I therefore decided to go with Annalise Jewellery. They were more expensive, but the item came within two days and was brilliant. However, i then discovered my account had been charged for the Item with Soufeel. I tried to contact them 3 times without getting any response to cancel the order, explaining it was down to a failure of their website. I got no response. I eventually gave up assuming i'd been scammed. I got an email over a month later saying the item had now been sent, again i replied to this email and finally got a response. The most they claimed they could do was refund postage. Two days later i received an email saying the item had been delivered. It hasn't. I still haven't received the item, and they won't refund me. Stay well clear.

Ordered a month ago and still nothing..keep saying being PROCESSED...then they tell me it ready in 3 days then say it wasnt up to scratch so re making..take your money then just forget about you..I am now going to try to get money back via pay pal ..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Not reliable. Paid nearly 46$ and ordered a personalised wallet for my husband as a Valentine’s Day gift. Today is 20 th of February still no idea weather it will come or not . I can’t even track it also. Won’t recommend it to anyone.

SCAM COMPANY. Items arrived not as described. After paying 200 dollars and opening dispute. Seller offered me change for a refund. Company is disrespectful and I am disgusted with how they treated me. They just take your money and send you whatever they want.
