“Top weekend! Had the best time and stag and hen city made it so easy to do! They sorted out everything and gave us advise along the way! The payment system and party area is the best and saved me collecting all the lads money. You won’t be disappointed going through these guys.”

“We had such a laugh on the weekend and the cocktail masterclass was just the best and Ben was a great host! The hotel was the best, in a great location and very lush! Stag and hen answered any questions we had, and there was lots! They took all the hassle away and we would highly recommend them! All great value for money and we just did so much! Will be using again!”

“Evie has been fantastic- very quick to respond to all of the guests' queries and has dealt very professionally with difficult members of the group too. The company has been a fantastic help with organising a large hen party as the people attending are mostly strangers and I didn't feel comfortable dealing with money collections. I would love to improve the group webpage and pass on more of the responsibility onto Stag and Hen City. Because my group have been given different options (one or two activities and an option to stay in a hotel), it's been really difficult to keep on top of who wants what. I've had to make a spreadsheet to manage this. It would be good if the group webpage had a drop down list so they could select their options instead of having to do this through me. Because of this, the pricing has got confusing. The webpage says they owe money for the hotel and 2 activities so I'm required to get in touch with Evie every time someone wants to change this for a different option. As I've never met the people coming to the hen party (being a bridesmaid), it has made it difficult to contact people. I've had to do this in lots of different ways (whatsapp, texts, emails, Facebook) where I feel this could all be done through the company somehow.”

“Very helpful staff who cater to your needs. One suggestion though- I would maybe tone down the calls and emails when chasing for a sale. Hen parties can take a while to organise and persistent phone calls/emails can be annoying.”

“The website can be temperamental. But booking was made easy staff or more than helpful. I would rather pay through PayPal for more security. Although didn't stop me from booking. Thank you. Would recommend use to others”

Hi, thanks for you review! The payment system we use is just as, if not more secure than PayPal - but you are also more than welcome to use PayPal for your payments too! :-)

“Could someone please get back to me! I keep emailing and phoning but no luck! It’s saying it’s £39 to see the dream boys in Leeds and I’m a 100% sure it’s only £29 could this please be Amended on my account! If someone got back to me I wouldn’t have to message on here thanks! Would like to get it paid thanks”

“If I could have you wouldn’t have even got one star! You took our money for a booking for us to find out when we went online to get our itinerary that not only had no bookings been made for what we had paid for but had the cheek two days previously to charge us all another £22 each for under occupancy because someone had backed out of the booking. When we signed in to our booking we were directed to a page stating that you were having “solvency issues”. If this is the case why are you still taking bookings and according to gov.uk your company is still “active”? When trying to contact your company to get our money back surprise surprise we get no answers and are stonewalled! We are now having to fight ourselves to get our money back when your company should do the honourable thing and pay back what you took from us, but it doesn’t seem that you’re honourable does it?”

“Not even worth 1 star! I ordered some items for a hen party and they never turned up. I contacted them and they finally responded to ask if a refund had been actioned (which it had not!) so I requested a refund ASAP. I chased them up many times afterwards and never received a response. VERY POOR SERVICE - AVOID !”

“My daughter in law to be was supposed to have her hen party end of May 20 people were going to Cardiff for what was supposed to be a great 2 days of fun and activities and now the company has gone into solvency absolutely disgusting can't even get into online account have blocked everything no correspondence from them money had to be all paid by last Friday they have taken everybody's money and now won't take any phone calls or reply to any emails bloody disgrace”
