Despite contacting studio for several months I am continuously receiving regurgitated responses to my problem An AIR FRYER NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE I.E IT HAS NO CONTROLS. I HAVE FORWARDED ALL DOCUMENTS INITIALLY RECEIVED,IMAGES, COPIES OF ORDER, DELIVERY NOTES AND INVOICE THEY CONTINUALLY ASK ME TO SEND THESE DETAILS. IT IS UTTERLY DISCOMBOBULATED. NO PERSON TAKES RESPONSIBILITY I HAVE BEEN INVOICED FOR THIS ITEM. I HAVE REQUESTED RETURN PROCEDURES, POINTLESS AS EACH RESPONSE CONTINUES TO ACKNOWLEDGE ANY RECOGNITION OF ITEM OR PROBLEM TRULY THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Awful awful company. Created a large order around £90. Received two items and they are telling me the whole order has been delivered. It hasn’t. I have two pictures of the small parcels that have been delivered. If I had the whole order it would have been massive. Still haven’t had money back but have had about 15 emails from different people asking me to send them the same information over and over again. I’m not paying for stuff I haven’t received. Just awful. Do not order from this shambles of a company.

Money taken, no order confirmation I placed an order on Dec 26. You have taken the money but I have not yet received a confirmation email. Please address this immediately. Disappointing way to be treated as a new customer.

Hi there, I am requesting an update in my ongoing investigation of being charged £84.99 for items advertised at £40. This is on my account and payment is due, I will not be making a payment until this is resolved. There has been an apparent investigation since the 4th of November. Evey email.fobs you off or send a generic response. I have asked for contact details to complain or to speak to a manager but apparently you don't have managers or a complaints system. I'm now requesting all the notes made about this account and investigation you have been having and your conclusion. I know this is not your fault personally and I apologise that you are bearing the brunt of this but I am not continuing to be fobbed off and no one taking any responsibility to spend 10 mims to look at at and resolve it. Along with the account notes regarding the investigation I would like confirmation that you don't actually have any management or complaint system in place in your company. Can I ask what your actual company policy is when someone complains. Many thanks Lauren

Please read reviews before you order from this company. They take your payment then cancel the order. I ordeder an item and made up the order with a £1 pack of Xmas cards, part of the order was cancelled more or less immediately but I was then told had to pay £4.99 delivery for a pack of £1.00 cards even though I messaged them as soon as the order was cancelled. No way had the delivery been sent

I ordered the bird cage holdback for curtains from studio and was appalled with the first order and worst experience ever. Items were discoloured worn out and expensive and did not refund the full amount including delivery which was their fault and was expensive. Rubbish customer service as sent emails and received no response.Please never purchase from them this was the first and last time for me.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered 3 items and qualified for free delivery. Received one item about a week later but Studio couldn’t fulfil the rest of the order and now expect me to pay £4.99 for a pair of £6 pyjamas. I can’t even send them back because they were personalised and have already been given as a gift. I have since sent an email to the company’s CEO and even he doesn’t respond. Avoid Studio at all costs!!! I had a similar problem with them last year and should’ve learnt my lesson.

AVOID! An absolutely disgraceful experience from start to finish. Ordered a play kitchen for my daughter’s Christmas present on the 22nd November, funds were taken from me immediately. I didn’t receive an email confirming the purchase which at the time I thought was pretty poor, double checked that the funds had been taken and not returned and thought nothing more of it. 10 days later (having paid £4.99 for postage) still no sign of the play kitchen. I tried to speak to someone at Studio - it is IMPOSSIBLE. I navigated my way through an awkward chat bot that didn’t have any options relating to my enquiry - ‘paid for item but it’s no where to be seen’ and finally I was seemingly talking to a human. 30 minutes later, Emmanuel told me that he needed to elevate my enquiry and someone would be in touch in 2-3 days. TEN days later still no word from them. I went back onto the online chat, tricked the robot into letting me talk to a human and after 30 minutes was told that the person I was talking to was having technical issues and I’d have to start again - see screenshot below. I started the process AGAIN and skipped straight to demanding a refund. I was told it would take up to 7 business days… it’s been 5 and nothing yet… My daughter’s present hasn’t arrived for Christmas despite ordering it 5 weeks ago and I haven’t been refunded. Studio will inevitably go out of business and it deserves to with customer experiences like this. Do NOT risk your money with these absolute jokers.

Terrible. Cancelled items without telling me right before Christmas. Also send wrong items in wrong sizes. Ie. Bag would say contained pjs in size XXL but in fact once opened the pjs where size Medium. These were a present

If I could give it zero I would .ordered for a good few years with no problems but this time dreadfull service .took over a month to discover some of items weren’t even sent out just said returned .only just credited the account a month later .useless customer service .never again do not touch this company

Should be no stars but won’t let me I bought a bedroom set that after only a few weeks the wardrobe bowed badly and would not shut yes they was quick picking it up 4 months ago still waiting for a refund last weeks reply sorry will sort that out todays is sorry we will come and pick it up there a joke stay well away from this company

Ordered a few items for Christmas, part of the order did not arrive and another item arrived faulty and clearly in a box that had previously been opened and then resealed. Taken over a month trying to make contact, constantly being cut off on the web chat, refusing to give any contact telephone number and only answering emails once or twice a week. Despite repeatedly asking for the missing items to be replaced they, today, cancelled my order stating they are refunding me - but for less than the cost of the missing items!!! They have absolutely ignored trying to resolve the faulty item issue! This company needs to be avoided and I can see legal action being taken on behalf of customers in the not too distant future!!!

Haven’t been able to log in to my account since September,wanted to pay my balance.Tried chat numerous times,told details don’t match. Told to re-register didn’t work.Have e-mailed, hasn’t resolved issue.Have had letters, texts and phone messages telling me account in arrears and getting charged interest and late payment fee.Phoned, on hold for 26 minutes,finally spoke to someone.Eventually in November was told the detail that didn’t match was date of birth,was asked to send photo of passport or driving licence to confirm date of birth refused to do this. Still received letters and texts wanting payment.Have told them I will pay what was due in September but not any extra interest as issue is with their system. Last week received default notice phoned again,was told that date of birth would be changed so I could access account still doesn’t work.Asked multiple times for copy of Septembers statement including on last phone call.Today received another letter telling me what the balance is with the interest to date.Have been a customer for over twenty years but never again.

I'm being ignored by Studio, I am infuriated that my children's Christmas is ruined by not forfilling my large order made in November... Out of over 30 items not one has turned up,, What am I going to tell my kids Christmas morning???

Created a return for a large item I’ve been told I can’t return it as it is not damaged this is against my consumer rights, as all of studios policy’s have been followed to the letter. I am six weeks in now and no closer to getting this matter resolved. I have sent over 30 emails only 5 responded to. I have put in a formal complaint and even that is not being dealt with. I’m so disappointed in studios lack of customer service. I will be cancelling my account with studio as soon as this is dealt with, it’s a disgrace.

Ordered a furniture bundle , was told one bit was out of stock. I asked to cancel I was told I couldn't.eventually I managed to cancel with delivery company. I'm waiting for the return to be put on my account, this has been ongoing for a month, Studio customer service is non existant

Faulty microwave successfully returned via courier THEY booked themselves. No refund. Just useless aftercare and being asked to provide details repeatedly. Been ongoing for 6 weeks. Over 50 messages/emails and I'm still being asked questions I've answered multiple times. Court next!

Shame I can’t give 0! Ordered a desk for my son’s Xmas, consistently fobbed off by customer service. No one can answer delivery date and now 9 days to Christmas and they have cancelled my order. Clearly selling stock they don’t have, been told a refund will be sent but this is a total scam of a company. Stay away and do not order from them!
