No refund given for online order returned as good were faulty they told me they didn't recognise the tracking number on the label downloaded from their website. List £26. Several emails sent, they clearly don't care.

Ordered Marc Jacobs Perfect eau de parfum on line. OBVIOUSLY I opened it to smell the perfume (NOT eau de toilette). It smelt of nothing AND I have the original edp with a tiny bit left to easily compare to. Superdrug are saying contact Marc Jacobs BUT legally the problem/complaint is with them AS THE SUPPLIER however they keep getting different people to respond to my complaint that this is either a rip-off perfume or highly watered down and I want my money back. Never EVER trust Superdrug - I’ve lost over £60 as an OAP and I want my money back under Sake of Goods Act /Consumer Rights. They’re trying their best to blame Marc Jacobs but it’s Superdrug who supplied not MJ.

Went to Superdrug yesterday Wednesday 22nd of March 2023 in The Ridings in Wakefield to look at buying an Oral B Brush..I asked for the help of one of the assistant who was very pleasant and very helpful indeed.. I was shown the item I was interested in and asked how much it was and was told it was £89-99p but it so happened it had been put in the Sale that day at £39-99p I was delighted and bought it.. The assistant and Cashier was named Louise..So thank you for your help it was much appreciated Louise I’ll certainly be in again..10 out of 10 for exceptional service..😀👍

I met a sales assistant at Superdrug in lakeside shopping centre today 1st February called Sandra , she was such a lovely young lady who was so professional so helpful and had great advice on all products and knowledge on the products i was looking for a nice lipgloss and beauty products she was 5 Star Excellent , wish all sales assistants was as good as her , thankyou again Sandra

Bought a £50 gift voucher.£3.99 used, next visit card would not work. Spoke to store manager, NOT interested would not help. Told to go to another store.Send numerous emails, none answered, for a company with 830 stores, Customer service is appalling. No means to phone and online BOT, answers a completely different question to what is asked. I would could I would give 0/5.

Was in Aberdeen st Nicholas today and all the bottles of apple cider vinegar were marked as expired in March 2022! Not the first time I’ve seen things out of date on those shelves, things may be overlooked easily but surely not in such a small store.

Don’t order online! They’ll send you an order confirmation, take your money, even send emails assuring you that they’re “preparing your order”. Then when you ask why you still haven’t received it, they’ll cancel your order saying it got “stuck in our system” Then they’ll start blaming “stock issues” as that’s covered in their T&Cs. They won’t even bother to inform you until you contact them. This was a Black Friday deal that I could (and should) have bought elsewhere but they refuse to let me reorder for the same price. App was showing my order as “processing” all the time too. Disgraceful!

Superdrug store at 2/8 StationRoad, Hayes seems liking to misplaced price lable ( cheap price ) together with product have high price intentionally, to luring customers to chose the products and only find out at the counter when check out. So, customers either still accept the high price or dont take it. However, after I complained it to Ms H, the supervisor at the store on 07.01.23, the first thing she said/asked was: " do you want it or not?" , without any apology first. And she also was kind of blaming the customer and made it as if the customer was wrong themselves. So, not only misplaced the lable price but also the attitude towward customer like that. I think they should get no star for customer service review. I was angry and didnt purchase the items and chose to buy it somewhere else.

They delivered my order to Scotland uk I live in Jersey Channel Islsnd and are refusing to refund my money so it is actually truly theft it was not a small order and there is no email that you get a reply from or telephone number to speak with someone. Chat services always evasive

Friendly greeting at the door. However two shop assistants talking on their headsets whilst I was being served was really off-putting. You feel that you are being talked about. Not pleasant.

Ordered 3 items, all at the same price each on 3 for 2 offer. 1 item couldn't be delivered due to stock issues and superdrug decided that as I'd paid partly in points for my order that a disproportionate amount of the points id used were on that one item they couldn't give me so they wanted to give me points back instead of refunding me 1/3 of the cash I'd paid. Spent 40+minutes on chat with 1 advisor who was speaking to financial team to raise a refund instead of points. I had been waiting over 5minutes for him to respond at some points yet while I was typing this info for him he said he hadn't heard from me and terminated the chat in under 30seconds not giving me chance to respond and their chats do not reopen when you type again. 2nd advisor told me 1st advisor had lied and couldn't give me a refund and that during the order the points had been allocated to that item. I tried to explain that points were no good for me to go buy the item at another retailer and I wanted the order changing to an equivalent priced item or 1/3 of the money I paid out back for the 1/3 of my order they could not fulfil. This advisor apparently logged a complaint and told me a manager would be in touch within 72hours. This was the 4th December. Today is the 12th and I've heard from no-one. I'm still out money and points for an item I didn't receive.

I shopped at the new Superdrug store in Stane Park, Stanway, Colchester for the first time today since it opened and purchased some perfumes and gifts. I was delighted with the Assistant ‘Kayleigh’ who took time and interest to help me and had such a lovely calm manner and gave me a Health & Beauty Card for future use. Although she was very busy, she never made me feel rushed. Please mention to her, that you some complimentary feed back and hope it brightens her day. Thank you

I ordered online, on 24th, some wipes and polished nails, paid for the delivery the next day and it's never came. Trying to call super drug but your phone doesn't work. So?

Ordered bath foam and hair dye from Superdrug online. When the order arrived via Evri one of the bottles of foam was completely empty in the box and the contents had gone all over the rest of the order and hair dyes making them completely useless. The Evri driver took the order from me and said she would return it to the company, that was on the 17th September and I am still waiting to hear from Superdrug. No refund and no way of contacting them. It is an absolute joke !!

This used to be one of my favourite stores to order all my online toiletries. Now there is no number to call with queries. Sometimes there is a live chat function, and sometimes only the messenger or the Twitter contact is available. This is not good! What about people who are not signed up to these forums, what about the older folks who need to make queries about their orders and may not have access? They also use Evri. I have had nothing but problems with my recent order. It still hasn't been delivered after almost a week. Evri stated they could not find my address (the last update on their tracking). I've never had that from any delivery company at my very blatant address. Sent them several messages via their 'contact me', which is also a virtual assistant. Again, no telephone or email contact details. Absolutely no response! So will be left with no option but to wait for the delivery or go to my bank if it never arrives.

Used their online dr yesterday and paid 3.99 tracked 24,fast forward to today and nothing has arrived in the post,basically they are thieves and liars best to avoid these guys

Would highly recommend soperdrugs at the Fort took my granddaughter to have her ears pierced the staff were very professional and Chris put my grandaughter at ease explaining everything to her very clean relaxed environment would certainly recommend

I just had to do a review for Legendary Customer Service given to me by Jake. He was very helpful to me (0AP} when shopping at your Ross on Wye store, he twice went to the Stockroom to look for Olay Skincare Products and enabled me to access these while on an offer. So refreshing to receive this kind of service a not hear the words "if it's not on the shelf we don't have it" nothing was too much trouble for Jake and I felt very special and happy. Welldone Jake keep up your friendly,efficient service you are a credit to Superdrug. When I took my purchases to the till, I was served by another pleasant young man whose name was Luke. Welldone Superdrug I will be back for more of your offers and Legendary Customer Care. Pam
