Regularly shopping at Superdrug, Broughty Ferry, have to praise assistant called Eva. She is always so helpful with a lovely personality. You are lucky to have such a gem.

Had a coupon for free product. Lady on the till scrutinised it..called for assistance and asked me to move away from the till so she could serve others. I was then told that the coupon was worth 15p less than they sold the product for...which I can only deduce is because of the over inflated prices they sell for. I said I would go elsewhere and found no difficulty whatsoever in another store. Superdrug won't be receiving my custom anymore...I'm finished both online and instore.

£4.50 for a can of shaving gel...on your bike. Absolutely daylight robbery. Same product at savers for £1.50.

Whilst shopping in your Truro store an assistant called Amy approached my wife and asked if she required help the wife told her what she was looking for and then the assistant led her to the product and then she advised her that the larger size was a better value for money she was really polite and friendly and professional lovely experience.

Ordered and paid for Gillette /Braun beard trimmer from Superdrug next dy delivery at store in abbeycenter shop my order no 10040081238 Went three times no product available Asked to contact staff online did so terrible response from staff in a store on. Headset in London still no product told to go to store to complain Went to store told to complain online ASKED FOR REFUND TOLD NO WAY Emailed customer service no help from generic reply These guys re the worst Ihave ever experienced so busy ignoring the customer and blaming it on warehouse etc Still no product ,no refund , no answers PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Went to the Stratford stall ,Stratford Broadway,and people never buy something convince buy the staff for £10,and they will say have a superdrug sim for free with £10,on it,plus when you activate it ,you will get £10 worth of points, never do it,because when you try activate it,it will keep showing error ,plus its no customer service number ,other than Web chat,which is even more useless,a lady name hinna,promise me to come back arfter a week she will put my points on for me ,I goes back and then she said the system has change,it only can be done threw the Web sight ,she knows that from the beginning ,but thinks I'm a fool.so avoid getting the superdrug sim.

Today I received fantastic service fro Abbie at Superdrug at Drakes Shopping Centre, Plymouth. Abbie was very helpful and very polite . I was buying some things from your store and I noticed that there was only one item on the shelf . Abbie immediately collected some more of these for me. Thankyou very much .

I didn’t receive my refund, despite receiving emails stating orders have been cancelled. Orders are showing as refunded on their system but nothing has come through to my bank account. I forwarded my bank statement showing money going out to Superdrug but no refunds showing. Order No: 10032174344 Order No: 10028929427 Order No: 101406335 Order No: 201988366

Wrong item delivered, they have delivered a cheaper discontinued item which is not what I ordered. Its so frustrating that I can only speak to someone via web chap on twitter or Facebook as I do not use either. no working phone number , because of this I will not be ordering again from Superdrug, I detest all this stupid new technology. Not acceptable customer service....

I have been placing orders monthly with Superdrug for years now (usually with no issues). This month i placed an order, waited a week and nothing arrived. When i logged into my account to see what was going on, it stated my order was cancelled! Not once did you contact me to advise of this. I started trying to contact you via chat - Oh what joy! 12 hours between responses and all i was told the items were out of stock (what all 8 of them)?? I got an apology and the offer of 300 points, which is the equivalent to £3 via chat. Definitely NOT an acceptable compensation for a £60 order that was not delivered. Why is there absolutely no way to actually speak to someone live on the phone or via live chat? The chat offered is generic responses telling me to check my junk inbox multiple times. I am an IT Manager and am fully aware of the functions of an email inbox! Superdrug, as a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount of money with you over the past years, I am taking my custom elsewhere to a company that cares about it's customers! Can i please remind you of your customer promise: Customer Promise We want to make sure each and every one of our customers experience that Superdrug Feeling. Item now out of stock.. supposedly refunding!! Back to the floor required for directors put yourselves in your customers shoes!!

I ordered online, and I did not receive my order. The delivery company delivered it to the wrong place, and the parcel was lost. The delivery service admitted that they did not deliver it safely and advised me to resolve the issue with Superdrug. Superdrug did not accept that the parcel was not delivered and insisted that it was delivered, refusing to provide any further assistance or investigate thoroughly. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, they suggested seeking advice from a third party. To make matters worse, there is no contact number or email to file a complaint or talk to them directly. The only option is to use Facebook Messenger chat, but they reply only every 24 hours, which is very frustrating. If you don't want to lose your money, don't buy online from Superdrug.

Superdrug have shut down their telephone line, meaning people who order through them are forced onto out of touch social media or use their useless webchat service online. Shocking form, and really shows how little they care for their customers when they perform bad service, which they have by not sending the complete order. Will not be ordering again.

I have been a regular customer at Superdrug for many many years. I now shop at Superdrug Thornton Heath on a regular basis. The staff are brilliant. Especially Keanah who is a Team Leader at the store. She is fantastic. She has always been very helpful in the past and still continues to do so. I purchased a Superdrug SIM card and was having trouble in activating the card. I explained the problem to Keanah. My phone now works fine. Keanah is very professional and has always been very pleasant whenever I talk to her. She is a credit to Superdrug. She deserves 10 stars.
