“Ubisoft said it takes like 48hrs to respond a support but I asked on 2 and 3 february and they still didn’t respond and it’s now 6 february. I really love the game rainbow 6 that’s my #1 game but they take A LOT of time to respond. Hopefully they’ll respond soon. I’m really disappointed in their Ubisoft ’support’”

“They offered Assassin's Creed Mirage pre-order which had a physical disc but guaranteed it to be in hand day one. It was 4 days late and they refuse to take responsibility or even try to give a little honey to get the sour taste out of my mouth.”

“Ubisoft can scam your money if you will return game After i create a ticket they were been marked as resolved. Next I create a new one, so Ubisoft just close tickets to hide a problem. After 10 attemps I received a mail that I need to contact with some "Xsolla" (which is a bot), so I started to message with this bot which is absolutely not ready to solve a problem. In Conclusion I Lost a Money. Do not Trust Ubisoft.”
