The company is turning into garbage. Even the customer service is total trash. I criticized many of the flaws in their handling of Rainbow Six Siege on ubisoft forums, and turns out their moderators are toxic themselves, especially the one that goes by ‘Ubi-P4in. That dude banned me from using the forum citing ‘toxicity’ reasons instead of using facts in his arguement. I never harassed/insulted personally/troll to be tagged with ‘toxic’ behavior.

Good customer service is very important to me. It is how I decide where to spend my dollars and reading reviews can be helpful in the process so I would like to share my family’s experience with Ubisoft’s customer support. This will be especially relevant to parents with children that want to spend their money in the game, Growtopia. In addition to the possible financial loss, please take into consideration the emotional impact it might have on your child if they were to receive a lifetime ban from a world they have been invested in. It can be very confusing for a young mind. My daughter used the game Growtopia as a bonding activity with her father, siblings, and friends. She is now the only one left out after receiving a lifetime ban for a “crime” we know she didn’t commit. She is devasted by the loss and sense of injustice. We experienced the following with this company: • Support gives the illusion of good customer service (kind regards, etc.), but is heavily dismissive and laced with condescension. • Support refuses to provide real evidence to back up their claims of game misconduct. They expect us to trust their word while refusing to trust ours. • Support completely ignored all requests for refunds as if we didn’t even make them. This includes a “gem pack” that was purchased just days before my daughter's ban. They take money and provide no goods or services in exchange. • Support has no technical way to look for hacking methods. Their method consisted of moving my daughter's character for “about 20 seconds” to watch for a reaction. This is hardly foolproof and does not allow for possibilities of glitches, iPad/computer malfunction, accounts being hacked, or in my daughter's case watching a show while playing and not paying attention. • Support does not take players history into consideration. My daughter has been playing for six years, never been banned for anything, and has purchased several gem packs over the years. This was irrelevant in the decision to hand out a lifetime ban. • Support does not give second chances. A lifetime ban from a game; people have murdered and been back on the street in less time! This policy is especially cruel when you consider Growtopia’s key demographic – children! • Growtopia has no set of standards in place for moderators to prevent an abuse of power. They do not even have a minimum age requirement. • Growtopia has the following rule in place: “Sending a false claim to the Support Staff can create a suspension on your account or increase further the current penalty.”. In other words, do not dare question their poor decision-making skills. • Support will close out support tickets without reaching customer satisfaction. No other company will do this. Other companies ask questions like “Did I help you with your problem today?” or “Is there anything else I can do for you?” They never severe lines of communications until the customer is satisfied. I understand that hacking and scamming are a big problem in online worlds like Growtopia. However, it is up to the company to come up with a fair solution that does not assume the worst of honest, paying customers. Having blanket rules with a “don’t question our authority” policy is just plain laziness. If you don’t want to deal with children don’t run a game intended for children. Not to mention it fosters an environment for cheaters. Bad customer service aside, it’s just poor business sense to hand out lifetime bans to paying customers. Can you imagine how much money my daughter might have spent in the game had she continued to play into adulthood? Not to mention my other family members that will no longer be purchasing gem packs in Growtopia or buying any more Ubisoft titles for our PS4 or Switch. If Ubisoft wants to continue to run Growtopia with draconian laws they can expect to see positive game reviews and number of game players continue their rapid decline.

I have 3 games in my uplay account. All of them worked. I had to reinstall windows and now 2 of the games Ghost recon wildlands and the new Far cry 5 give me the same error upon launch. Access denied. I contacted the support line and spent 20 days now going back and forth with them. They cannot solve my issue and I have run out of patience with their stupid try this or that all they have to do is re issue the game to me and it would work. I sent them a receipt and everything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have 50 games in my steam account and this has never happened to a single game running through steam. I feel like they stole my money and I have no one to turn too. Beyond frustrated. I have no way to contact the company other than online support and now that after 20 days I am refusing to trouble shoot this for them any longer they will not proceed claiming I have refused to troubleshoot. I have logged over 18 hours and 20 days back and forth with them...where do you draw the line....RIDICULOUS

Honestly a great company of you're looking for some of the worst products and customer service in the business. They couldn't care less about any of their clientele.

Highly recommend NEVER buying anything from Ubisoft. Their password unlock issues are nuts. And frankly, they do not seem to care.

2nd attempt to purchase a game from Ubisoft, after multiple attempts to download the game I purchased, I still don't have the game I paid for and have request my account be closed and $ refund. There instructions and bots in my opinion are there to discourage game play. I advise anyone who cares, buy the game from another source and play whenever you want. This site asked "How easy was it to get a refund?" I don't know still waiting.

Worst company I've ever experienced. Keep getting my account suspended without reason and unable to login and play. They don't even have a way of unlocking it instead they just tell me to wait everytime it's locked. Well I'm free and I wanna play now. Not wait til I don't have time. Lot of money invested in an account I can't even play due to Ubisoft keep locking it. Feels like they are robbing me. Of course you don't get any compensation either.

Stay away from this company. Its on the verge of hitting bankruptsy- its stocks fell by 40% within 6 months and continue to fall further. You can imagine its management of the games are servers are gonna get even crappier as it loses money. Better buy a game from a more respectable company.

Ubisoft is a terrible company putting out glitchy games and treating customers like garbage. I bought a game that was missing it’s download codes. They refused to give me a new one. I’ve registered the game and done my part. I can’t even get an email back now. I’ll never buy another one of their products. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service. Ubisoft deserves every bad review I’ve read. And there are ALOT of them HAHA!

Case Number : 04842817 Firstly I must say I am very disapointed in such a large companies customer server! I ordered the incorrect product by mistake(I only ordered Siege year 2 pass and not the gold adition which adds the game to the bundle). I created a ticket requesting a refund. I waited 4 days(2 working days) before getting a response back saying they are unable to see any order I place. Now I might be mistaken but don't you log tickets using your own account? If so how can the support staff not see orders I have placed on my account?! After a few messages back and forth I managed to attached the invoice(No guidens was provided on what excactly is needed or how to provide it). Since the invoice was attached I once again waited almost a whole business day for a response. I only got a resposne back after asking for a response in another ticket. In this refund I mentioned I used a promo code and would like to have that refunded. The analyst then tested the code and said I never used it before and I can use it again. I finaly received confirmation that this ticket is being escalated for a refund, withthat in mind I though seeing that I am getting the money back I can go ahead and order the correct package I wanted all along. Now when using the promo code, the code is not valid. I mean this is a endless cycle of madness. Please can I just get a refund and get my promo code active so I can use it without loosing the opertunity of the current E3 sale!

Please ask for help from Rockstar games or Activision because your games are the worst. All of them. I tried playing WD2 and Uninstaller it same day. Then I tried ghost recon thinking it would be better but your games are the worst. Olease do something about this. From a business perspective, you need to change your ways of doing things because you'll end up no longer operating.
