Walmart.con SUCKS. It's not even worth giving one star. never order from them!!! my order number 20001064402747 The system is also messed up, and I return and get a refund, but I haven't received it for 3 months until now. In addition, my account is arbitrarily closed, making the refund process even more difficult. It was so hard and annoying that I thought about just forgetting it, but if the amount is 120 dollars, I shouldn't give up, right? Every time I call, I have to state the situation from the beginning, and now it's hard to even connect by phone. NEVER BUY FROM Walmart.com !!!!

I ordered a fleece blanket with pictures on it for a friend whose mother just died. The blanket was lovely. But, 2 weeks later, my card had been used to buy Walmart products by using the card number they saved. They used it 3 separate times from the moment of purchase. I shut down the card and will never again trust Walmart with credit card online purchases. Beware!

On September 15, 2022, I placed an order for a Kid Kraft Modern Outdoor Swing Set. This purchase was to be a Christmas present for our children. It shipped in two boxes and arrived at our place on September 16, 2022. The boxes were placed into the garage, and we waited patiently for closer to Christmas to set up the swing set. On December 17, 2022, while my husband began to open the boxes and started the process of putting the swing set together, we noticed we received two boxes with the exact same parts. Two boxes of 1 of 2, we were missing box 2 of 2. We immediately got on the phone and called Walmart’s Customer Service. We had the pleasure of speaking with Najae, she promptly informed us there was an available box 2 of 2 for this order and we could replace one of the duplicated boxes for the box 2 of 2 and it would arrive no later than Monday December 26, 2022. We would just need to return one of the boxes 1 of 2 and Walmart would ship the replacement order for box 2 of 2. Again, this was a Christmas present, and she guaranteed we would receive the parts and be able to build the swing set. We explained to her that if we wouldn’t receive the box that we would send both boxes back and ask for a refund. On December 28, 2022, I received an email stating the return was received and Walmart would be refunding the money. For obvious reasons, we were upset that we did not receive box 2 of 2 as promised, and now the money was refunded to a card that is no longer active. After multiple phone calls and live chats to Customer Service from myself and my husband explaining the situation, no help has been received. We have a box with parts that we cannot use to build a swing set and after being told we needed to call our financial institution to receive the refund or that Walmart’s billing department would be contacting us for additional information, with no communication at all, it magically appeared into our bank account on January 25, 2023. I have requested a refund for the remaining order, and I am willing to mail back the box 1 of 2 at their cost. I have been unsuccessful in receiving the refund for the second box. I am frustrated and unsatisfied.

Went to Walmart on Mutual Way in Appleton, WI on Thursday Feb 16, 2023 in mid-morning. I paid at the self checkout. There was one female clerk there watching people checking out. She was an older lady with a walker. There were only a couple of people checking out. She hovered over me so closely to see that I was not stealing, I asked her if she needed something. She did not respond. I was so fricking uncomfortable I almost asked her if she wanted to do the checking out herself. Geez, Louise, give the customer some space and DO NOT ASSUME THEY ARE STEALING. I have had clerks at this checkout tell me that I did not pay for something in front of a lot of people even after I pointed the item out on the checkout tape. After I proved I paid, they just walked away,,,no apology. I almost came to the point today, where I was just going to leave all my food there and just walk out. Do somethng about these employees who are nothing but a bunch of asses with no people or customer skills whatsoever. And one more thing. half the time the prices posted in aisles do not match the checkout....Many times I have been overcharged at the register according to the price posted in the aisle. Today, while I was there, a woman had taken a picture of the price of an item and pointed it out to this lady with the walker.

Purchased a Visa gift card Debit visa. Must activate online. Card wont activate and even with setup account, wont access. bogus no customer support, the contact tab has no information. poor service in store with no product/service support. shame on Visa for partnering with walmart.

Re Walmart Store 02023, 1355 E. Lehman St., Lebanon, PA - This store has been deteriorating in all aspects for the last 10 years. Notwithstanding the impact of Covid on retail, this store has very little going for it that would receive a better rating. Given that it is only a short distance from our home, it is convenient. However, after seeking a particular pharmacy medication my wife and I thought we'd give it a try again. They did have a Equate store brand of the Arthritis Formula Tylenol, but no Tylenol on the shelf. At first glance, walking to the grocery area, one section of self check-out was closed. Many of the brand type product sale item displays normally found before the checkout entry were non-existent. Many of the grocery shelves were devoid of products, same with a limited selection of vegetables. Waiting to checkout was a nightmare. Only 1 self-checkout area was available with all other checkouts in use with long lines. Folks with few items had to wait their turn. Forget, Scan and Go lanes, only a few were open. As to manned checkout lanes, only three (of more than 15 were open). Our lane happened to be slowed by merchandise presented that wouldn't process through the computer, merchandise that didn't have price tags, etc. My question is since Sam's Club (part of Walmart) provides a system of scanning items as you put them in your cart and allows you to have a person at the door that use a scanner to check and confirm the items in your cart, why not develop such a system for the retail stores? This is the last visit to this store location until changes are made.

Have you observed him deleting some messages or putting the password on his phone so as you don't have access to it? Has he been experiencing very irritating mood swings every time he comes home? If so, then it's an indication that he must be doing something that is potentially dangerous or he might be cheating on you. If you want to free yourself from doubt without causing chaos in the house, then track his activities. With help of JOSE, I was able to monitor my kids and spy on my partner phone without them knowing. If you feel your spouse is texting or seeing another woman or man and you can quite get a real evidence to clear those doubts and know where you stand in the relationship. SUPPORT@HACKERSPYVILLE.COM

Brought Keurig and the K-Cup did not work, took back to the store 2 days later with my receipt and the woman in customer service told me the serial number did not match the box, she called another woman over and I was told they could not get my money back. The woman then told me I should contact Keurig, meanwhile i bought the product from there store and had my receipt. I then said someone must of returned this product and now it becomes my problem that is damage and have a receipt and now that the serial numbers don't match i am out $109.00. Customer service ladies were VERY RUDE . I will never buy another item from this store. They take your money and don't give a DAM about you. Someone did not do their job in customer service and now my product that I paid $109.00 and found out the serial number do not match i don't get my money back. People reading this shop at Amazon or other stores that respect the customer if the item does not work. If i could this rating a 0 i would, it does not even deserve a 1

Bought a microwave through Wal-Mart.com. It was defective. Got the return label sent to me and took it back to the Walmart store in town. They tell me they can't refund my money the 3rd party has too. Called Wal-Mart.com and they said when Fed Ex scanned it I would get my money back....didnt happen. Called them again and they tell me the 3rd party has to receive it before I get my money back. They received it yesterday and still no money back. Called Wal-Mart.com again and they send a message to Beach Audio to speed up my refund. Beach Audio emails me and tells me they have to inspect it and everything first. Went to their website and there are plenty of people that say they only receive a partial refund from them cause they charge a 20 to 50 percent reshelving fee. So it looks to me like they are trying to get out of giving me my money. Called corporate and they aren't wiling to help me either. They tell me I have to wait 10 to 14 business days before I get my money back cause the 3rd party has to inspect it and stuff to make sure it's not damaged and its the right item....which they did when I returned it to the store. I spent 1200.00 on walmart.com and I have NEVER had this much trouble getting my money back on something that they have and is no longer in my possession. Wal-Mart.com is the ones that took the money off of my card they should be the ones to return it. I told the lady if I had to I would go to my bank and dispute the whole 1200.00 charge cause everything I bought was bought 2gether. She told me that was an option...so it looks like that's what I'll be doing. I'm also contacting the BBB on Wal-Mart.com and Beach Audio and what ever else I have to do. I can't stress this enough....NEVER order from Wal-Mart.com. Go to Amazon. Better company. Ive already told all my family and friends about what I am dealing with and they all refuse to order from Wal-Mart.com now. Plus they are getting the word around. Wal-Mart is a joke. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Now I'm stuck without a microwave which is the only way I can cook food.

Please don’t buy anything from Walmart online better go to Amazon and get your stuffs Walmart return process is pain in butt and the customers service team is the most rude I have ever seen in my life .

Walmart Order #2000107-49873686. Walmart sent us damaged, opened, cut-up, jagged-edged runners and I processed a refund. They never picked up @ our location 2 days in a row, after sending me the return label with our address clearly listed on it. I called today @ 8:24am and the rep hung up on me after 7 minutes! Called again @ 8:33am on the call for 56 min, 34 secs, all the while Walmart ping-ponged me back and forth to the same 2 departments making me repeat all info again & again just to keep ignoring the issues on this return, repeating themselves that they CAN NOT DO ANYTHING further since a return is already in process, telling me I have to track the pick up on Fedex, even after I repeated myself telling them the TRACKING NUMBER from Fedex wasn't/isn't valid, therefore it's impossible. RASHIDA, the last rep I had the displeasure of dealing with, refused to assist me properly and ONLY told me to look up my return label in my account and she'd reschedule it. A return Pick UP label that she was informed a dozen times, that was NOT VALID, then she ended the call.

I signed up for a year free shipping. So far it's a disaster. They are using drivers for small orders that is too lazy to check the shelf. Went to BJ'S and the prices are so much better. Walmart needs to ship from a warehouse, not the store. Then you call customer service and it's in another country and the operator can't understand what your saying. I'm dropping there yearly shipping and going to BJ's.

Used a Walmart gift card to make a purchase online from 3rd party. Never received itemed purchased saying it was returned to 3rd party. Rather than resending they wanted to refund my money. Only problem with that is I no longer have the gift card so they return the money to a gift card I no longer have so I'm out that money. I guess that's good for them. Anyway, lesson learned either don't throw away gift card or don't purchase online with gift card. As for me I will no longer shop at Walmart.

Management at Flowood Walmart has changed! I use to love this walmart. Moved my prescriptions to Kroger and if I need Walmart I will shop at the Ridgeland,Ms Walmart. They are always so nice and helpful! Employees are so polite. Not so at Flowood

Tried returning items and had my receipt which clearly stated was a cash purchase and was told I had to be given a gift card in store credit whatever. This is unacceptable and Walmart is not going to tell me where I have to spend my money. I called later and was told that they could override it and guaranteed that I wasn't going to waste another trip down there and upon getting there Miss Jessica at the Spokane Valley Walmart on Broadway hadn't been the rudest associate I've ever had them as Fortune of dealing with and zero knowledge of how to do her job. I asked for a different manager and she told me it would do no good shoved my merchandise back at me and told me to call corporate office. I don't know how she is in the position she is to which Jessica called Security on me but Heather came up and completed the transaction and gave me my cash back so kudos to Heather for knowing how to do her job and Jessica you should be fired

I order a twin size box spring on line, looking at the picture it showed a regular box spring on a metal frame. Instead of getting what was showed in the picture I received a metal frame. The picture misrepresented what I thought I was ordering. When I called customer service I was very disappointed. My order number is 2000106-40873090 I will be contacting the Minnesota attorney General office because the picture should have shown the actual item of the item first. You took my money right then and there but you refuse to return it until you get the item back. I don't want the item I'm 65 years old with a bad back and a sciatica nerve and on a fix income. I will never order from your company again. This is my third messed up order.

I received a damaged product, (packaging and all), I was unable to use the existing packaging as it was damaged and requested packaging to return. I was told to find my own packaging. For a fireplace, thats kind of a big package. I'm out $ and won't be ordering from Walmart again.

I don't like this company. They are terrible they caused me to be a victim of crime. I wouldn't have been able to write a book about them legally if not so. They are very dangerous and need to shut down.
