Be very careful what you buy from Walmart.com, bought a wine refrigerator with a one year guarantee, 3 months later its toast, contacted the manufacturer ,no help at all, contacted Walmart, same responce. I'm screwed for $300 !

I bought clothes on line. They charged my credit card but show that they never processed my order after six weeks. The clothes showed up but it shows on line it was never shipped. I tried to return the clothes to a store but the store said since the status shows not delivered they cannot issue a refund. I called customer support and after five weeks they cannot resolve the issue. So I am out the money and Walmart refuses to issue a refund. I will take the loss and donate the clothes to charity.

Ordered a gold bracelet for my son. When arrived it was too long for his wrist. I called to start the return, and during that call I found out that when checking out I accidentally typed .cim instead of .com for my email. Due to this they could not send me the return form and had no way of correcting the email address in their system. First rep hung up on me. The second rep said she would send a request to “the back room” to have my email address corrected. I was told to allow 24-48 for them to fix it. It has been 2 weeks, 7 phone calls later, and still nothing. Every time I call I go through the exact same process with each rep, and each rep tells me it will be fixed in 24-48 hours. On one phone conversation, the representative told me, before hearing my story, that my item was about to arrive at the facility and I would have my refund within the next week, but the item was still sitting on my desk in front of me… This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It looks like I will be stuck with a gold bracelet that my son can’t wear. It was his Christmas gift. I will never shop Walmart.com again. I suggest people use Amazon, or eBay instead.

Ordered a product on Walmart. It had a branded babyliss product page and it was a stolen listing. This product came to me as a complete knockoff and fake. It even had a fake branded babyliss booklet inside the box. Customer service was so not helpful. They wouldn’t even replace the item. They did not take down the listing or remove the seller. They are resorting to allowing a scammer be on their website thinking they are receiving a deal for a branded product like I did when in reality it is not a brand it’s some cheap junk from a Chinese factory. Unacceptable. They were so unhelpful

We purchased a Hoverstar on Walmart.com for my daughter for Christmas. Tried all day to get it to work but were not successful. Hoverboard never would charge. I went to the Greece Walmart during the early morning on 12/26/22 and was told they would not return item, because they no longer sell it. Not true, as item can still be seen and purchased online at Walmart.com. On 12/27/22 tried returning it at Brockport Walmart but was told they have nothing to do with Walmart.com and we would have to go through them to make the return. Ironically our online receipt disappeared from our account that evening (Why would Walmart delete my proof of purchase?) Called that number on 12/28/2022 and were told they would not make return but would need to go through the company that made item. We were given a phone number to call, that number did not work. My question is why can a brand-new item that arrived broken not be returned or exchanged? We have the receipt of purchase, and it is obvious that everything is brand new and in box. Future Buyers BEWARE. Walmart does not make it right by offering refunds or exchanges. Daughter terribly disappointed as this was her Christmas present. Over $100 is now lost. Would never purchase items from Walmart or Walmart.com again. Pass this information on to your friends as I have done. There are other customer friendly stores that would make this problem right. I will be shopping there in the future instead.

I am furious,I bought my husband a robe & jacket…was on sale so was very pleased! In the meantime,I received many emails from Walmart spamming me with sales! I received one text saying items on the way…today I receive text that both items cancelled? I go to site & they said items were late in getting to them to ship so they cancelled orders!What a sorry excuse!We spend thousands a year shoppin at their store but from now on its Amazon & Target!

Walmart+ is horrible! I just joined and have requested 2 deliveries with very specific directions to my home. The first time the items never got delivered! The second time the items were delivered but I was missing half my order! When I called all they could do was give me a refund for the missing items but it would take 5-10 days to receive my refund!!! AND if I wanted the items that were missing I would have to reorder them and pay for those items! So essentially I have had to pay for the missing items twice! At least until I got my refund in 5-10 days. I am cancelling my membership ASAP! They are quick to take your money but slow to return it. Also, they were going to give the driver a $7.00 tip! They add that later! I cancelled that because in my opinion the driver should have checked te order. So you have been warned. They suck!

I usually love this place, but i stopped going there due to the excessive ammount of dogs at this store. I know that other than service dogs are not allowed, but this is not the case there.

Customer service has dropped dramatically! Walmart uses FedEx instead of better shipping services like Amazon, to the customers disservice. They have Fedex who just deliver customers gifts to anywhere/ wrong address to say the jobs been done. Then when you call Walmart who you made your purchase with they pass you off to FedEx witty little to no answers whatsoever! Walmart at least use to seem like they cared about their customers! Ensuring positive outcomes for their customers but seems to me like they are declining in this area. Hopefully Walmart puts more energy into the shipping processes of its items to ensure customers receive their items. Walmart customer service guy totally lied to us, stating he couldn’t see the address it was shipped to, maybe we put in the wrong address & etc. before passing us off to FedEx. Looking up my order, everything’s accurate on our end & seems like Walmart dropped the ball despite blaming FedEx. Don’t know who to believe at this point. We just want our money back, be careful people.

Walmart plus. Ordered yesterday at noon delivery for 5-6 pm. Got a text saying delay 2 hours. 9;30 used WalMart messaging told would get a call in 1 minute no call yet. Every time I called auto response kept saying it would be delivered yesterday but no time. Get a foreign human today he said it would be here by 8pm tonight then stated they couldn't find drivers to deliver but he could give me 10.00.... HUH??? My order says processing for 24 hours now and they locked my money up at the bank. If I cancel it could take 72 business hours to release. It's 6:35 I doubt I will see food at 8 pm either. On a good note someone missed the 50.00 cash Christmas tip they were getting in a cute card.A simple we can't fulfill your order instead of stating it would be here, it would be here, would have been the appropriate thing to do.

Dec. 2022. I decided to wean off Amazon…to0 big, to powerful. As a replacement I decided to try Walmart, WRONG I ORDERED A SET OF TIRES FOR MY CAR. When they came, I went to the Walmart auto unit in Frederick, MD. My tires were there but the mechanic tells me that he cannot service my type of auto due to problems with the auto lift at his service area. According to him I would have to go to another Walmart to try and get the tires installed (and yes, I had already paid in full for the tires). So, I went to the second Walmart and found the same problem they also could not put my car up on their lift. This Walmart is in Fredrick, MD about 40 miles from my home, so, an 80-miles round trip. The second place they sent me to be another 30 miles from the Frederick store to the second store. So, now I have driven 140 miles with gas at $4.00/ gallon. When I asked to speak to a manager at the Frederick store, I had to wait for over an hour to see her. She was rude as well as belligerent and unhelpful. I was forced to take the car I had bought the tires for to a local gas station and pay $126.00 in addition to what I had already paid Walmart. But more than that I found the employees at both Walmart stores to seem “afraid” and “powerless”…and for that reason I am back to amazon.

This store located at 10600 W Layton Ave. in Greenfield, WI. seems to be consistently getting worse as we've also experienced with other Walmart stores regarding front end service and the ability to get checked out through a full-service checkout lane when you have a full cart of items. This morning I was there and had a full order of groceries. The store was stocked pretty well so I was able to get most of what I needed and headed to checkout. Not surprised when I got there that there were only 2 full-service lanes open that were backed up 6 deep. I waited for a couple of minutes to see if any additional lanes would open, but they didn't. I then moved to the self-service lanes where I found a register open. Unfortunately, most of Walmart's self-service lanes are not designed for full orders as there is no place to put your groceries after you scan them other then go get another basket while holding up others waiting to check out, or just start stacking your bags in the floor as I and another customer next to me was doing. (While Walmart associates were standing around watching us) Walmart would offer you another solution which is to pay for a membership which allows you to scan your items on your phone and check out through one of their Scan and Go lanes which I never see anyone using. (And Walmart wants me to pay them for doing all the check-out work? No Thanks. Anyone having to do what I did today should be the ones compensated by Walmart) As it appears that that Walmart is cutting back on front end service my wife and I have made the decision to start shopping at other retailers that realize that the last impression that a customer has is when they are ready to check out. Even though we might have to pay a little more at times, the front-end experience should make up for it. We have spent almost $8,000 at Walmart in the last year, but we're going to try our best to limit our spending at Walmart moving forward and support the local retailers in our area. Larry S

The WalmartApp is so upsetting & confusing& disappointing.Walmart has stores all over the country ,in so many small towns ,people rely on Walmart .But those who rely on the Walmart App ,to have items delivered from their local store or shipped ,are not as lucky ,to go to Walmart .com ,find a item and assume is being sold &shipped from Walmart is harder than it should be .Even myself ,who has been using Walmart.com,since covid & knowing this is a 3hour job at times.I still have to inspect the Walmart App ,each time,as if it's my first carefully look for items I need or want and make sure to check that it's being sold by Walmart &not some unknown company from another country.I understand Walmart allows other sellers ,to sell on their app but why would they be listed ,under Walmarts Rollbacks &deals& main page where one would assume they are buying from Walmart .It doesn't say ship from Walmart and others?? But once it's in your cart ,you will be charged a high shipping price& after paying,are told where it's coming from .why does Walmart want to sell to customers without telling them .it took me a good long time to figure it out.Anyone going to Walmart.com for a known Walmart item sees a rollback or clearance price will assume it's sold by Walmart but that's not the case.I can see if Walmart had their products listed first and then a page for others to sell their products and the customer can decide .but the way these items are listed ,On Walmarts Sale lists and alot are first on the page .it's not until after you pay ,you realize you didn't buy from Walmart..Anyone going to the Walmart App is most likely looking for an item ,that is only sold from Walmart expecting to put it in a cart and pay not to have to be an investigator searching for Walmart Items..Im writing this comment,in hope Walmart pays attention to Walmart Shoppers&The App .We want Walmart items, from Walmart ,sold by Walmart, from Walmart.Nothing Else.If so, We would go to Amazon.

September 3, 2022 I had two charges from Walmart.com Bentonville AK and you pulled out $324.74 and $324.64. Somehow this is tied to my phone number. I called Walmart, a couple days after I discovered this. They said to call my bank. I call my bank. My bank says to call Walmart and I want some answers on why you are not allowing me information on where the item was shipped and will not provide me information on people using my credit card. Surprised you want my email to make sure i'm genuine. You didn't request a genuine email when someone charged my credit card.

ZERO STARS! NEVER ORDER FROM WALMART ONLINE! I ordered a 65" Sony OLED TV on Cyber Monday that was on sale for $1,000 off (clearance) and they shipped me a RCA 57" HD TV! I tried resolving this issue over the phone for 3 hours, talked to 9 people, including a supervisor, and the most they could offer me was a refund. Mind you, the TV is no longer in stock at Walmart, Best Buy, and the various other retailers I should have chosen over WALTRASH! Its almost like they intentionally sent me the wrong item because they didn't have it in stock. I have a hard time believing when you are fulfilling an order for a SONY OLED TV you mistakenly ship a RCA POS TV that has RCA written all over the box. I will never shop at Walmart again, they lack accountability, morals, or any sense of righting their wrong. BEWARE.
