Delivered package to the front door (doorbell wasn't rung) that was left upside down and clearly leaking. The liquid fabric softener had leaked all over the contents of the box including boxed powders, ruining them. Everything went straight into the garbage as it was leaking everywhere. I spent over 1.5 hours cleaning and talking to customer service to get a refund. They REFUSED to refund me beyond the the softener and ARGUED with me that everything else looked "fine" in the photos I submitted. They made no move to recompense me for the items nor my time. This is the worst customer service I have EVER received and left my visibly upset and shaking from the interaction. I shouldn't have to argue that liquids leaking all over everything ruins it.

Shopped at Store# 03625 on Sunday 8/20 got home and realized several items were missing. Checked the receipt, see I was double charged for another item. I tried contacting the store for 40 minutes and no one answered the phone. I then contacted Customer Care and advised of situation and was told I had to wait 1-3 days for someone to get back to me, received Ref# 230820-002818 and that was that. I called again on Monday 8/21 to follow-up to ensure my inquiry was being taken seriously and advised I had not heard from anyone. When asked why can't you just credit the card used at the time of purchase for missing and overcharged items, I was told the matter was escalated to the highest level and someone would call me back. What does that even mean? When the 3rd day arrived, Wed 8/23 and I still have not heard from anyone I called again, provided the REF# and was told there was a msg from the store mgr saying he called and did not reach me for me to come to the store to receive a credit. First I told them I had not rec'd a call and why wouldn't a store mgr leave a professional msg stating they're returning my call regarding my inquiry about my shopping experience. I knew it was just LIES or they certainly have the wrong ppl in place, in either event I'm more frustrated than when I started! Walmart Customer Experience made me wait 3 days to wait for a phone call only to go to the store anyway! I find that incredibly useless and irresponsible. I went to the store and it was a disaster. Spoke to a mgr that had no idea what I was talking about, was not willing to help, put me off on another person who told me they needed a pic of the receipt, that they had to look at cameras then speak to someone else. Now the total amount due for their incompetence was $25 and these now 5-6 ppl are looking at me like I stole something. Annoyed I call Customer Experience, give them the REF#, advise what's going on at the store and that they are unaccommodating. I told him I was through with him, thru with Walmart and I just want my card credited for items I did not receive. Next I look up and security is now standing next to me. The entire ordeal was laughable and I'm thinking this is a lot of BS over their neglect and now I'm the problem. I wasn't creating a scene, I wasn't yelling, yes I was frustrated but this is a joke! Now this is the SAME Walmart Customer Experience that told me the store mgr called and said go to the store and receive the refund. Still think I got a call? It was a scene from a circus and I'm wondering how a respectable business woman like myself is being treated like a thief from the ghetto? The security guy asks me what's going on, I tell him and he takes the receipt and going into the security room where I believe they are checking camera footage. About 10 min later he comes out, mind you I'm still on HOLD with corporate who doesn't know what to do, and he tells me to hang up from them, walks over to customer service cashier, tells her that the cashier on Sunday had the bag, gave it to the next customer to put the refund on a Walmart gift card for $25. I told the cashier I prefer it went back to my Amex card and she told me it had to go on this gift card. While I thanked security, the same 4-5 women are now not looking in my direction and 1 of the 5 is apologizing as she prepares to give me the gift card. I say TOO LATE Walmart, I don't want to have another experience with you AT ALL, and will give the gift card to my son. While my store experience was terrible my customer experience with corporate WAS WORSE. They did nothing to assist, made me wait 3 days for a solution that only backfired, held no accountability and was basically USELESS! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

Double dipped my account for one charge. Shorting me 107.38 cents. No one will help me. They fraudulently stole money. I have wasted 2 days on the phone with them. Provided all documentation from my bank. Now I have to take off work, cancel my debit card, file a dispute at the recommendation of Walmart to get the money back they took illegally. Don't EVER shop Walmart. They break the law and you have to pay the price.

Have you observed him deleting some messages or putting the password on his phone so as you don't have access to it? Has he been experiencing very irritating mood swings every time he comes home? If so, then it's an indication that he must be doing something that is potentially dangerous or he might be cheating on you. If you want to free yourself from doubt without causing chaos in the house, then track his activities. With help of JOSE, I was able to monitor my kids and spy on my partner phone without them knowing. Walmart Order #2000107-49873686. Walmart sent us damaged, opened, cut-up, jagged-edged runners and I processed a refund. They never picked up @ our location 2 days in a row, after sending me the return label with our address clearly listed on it. I called today @ 8:24am and the rep hung up on me after 7 minutes! Called again @ 8:33am on the call for 56 min, 34 secs, all the while Walmart ping-ponged me back and forth to the same 2 departments making me repeat all info again & again just to keep ignoring the issues on this return, repeating themselves that they CAN NOT DO ANYTHING further since a return is already in process, telling me I have to track the pick up on Fedex, even after I repeated myself telling them the TRACKING NUMBER from Fedex wasn't/isn't valid, therefore it's impossible. RASHIDA, the last rep I had the displeasure of dealing with, refused to assist me properly and ONLY told me to look up my return label in my account and she'd reschedule it. A return Pick UP label that she was informed a dozen times, that was NOT VALID, then she ended the call.

I bought clothes on line. They charged my credit card but show that they never processed my order after six weeks. The clothes showed up but it shows on line it was never shipped. I tried to return the clothes to a store but the store said since the status shows not delivered they cannot issue a refund. I called customer support and after five weeks they cannot resolve the issue. So I am out the money and Walmart refuses to issue a refund. I will take the loss and donate the clothes to charity.

We purchased a Hoverstar on Walmart.com for my daughter for Christmas. Tried all day to get it to work but were not successful. Hoverboard never would charge. I went to the Greece Walmart during the early morning on 12/26/22 and was told they would not return item, because they no longer sell it. Not true, as item can still be seen and purchased online at Walmart.com. On 12/27/22 tried returning it at Brockport Walmart but was told they have nothing to do with Walmart.com and we would have to go through them to make the return. Ironically our online receipt disappeared from our account that evening (Why would Walmart delete my proof of purchase?) Called that number on 12/28/2022 and were told they would not make return but would need to go through the company that made item. We were given a phone number to call, that number did not work. My question is why can a brand-new item that arrived broken not be returned or exchanged? We have the receipt of purchase, and it is obvious that everything is brand new and in box. Future Buyers BEWARE. Walmart does not make it right by offering refunds or exchanges. Daughter terribly disappointed as this was her Christmas present. Over $100 is now lost. Would never purchase items from Walmart or Walmart.com again. Pass this information on to your friends as I have done. There are other customer friendly stores that would make this problem right. I will be shopping there in the future instead.

I am furious,I bought my husband a robe & jacket…was on sale so was very pleased! In the meantime,I received many emails from Walmart spamming me with sales! I received one text saying items on the way…today I receive text that both items cancelled? I go to site & they said items were late in getting to them to ship so they cancelled orders!What a sorry excuse!We spend thousands a year shoppin at their store but from now on its Amazon & Target!

Walmart plus. Ordered yesterday at noon delivery for 5-6 pm. Got a text saying delay 2 hours. 9;30 used WalMart messaging told would get a call in 1 minute no call yet. Every time I called auto response kept saying it would be delivered yesterday but no time. Get a foreign human today he said it would be here by 8pm tonight then stated they couldn't find drivers to deliver but he could give me 10.00.... HUH??? My order says processing for 24 hours now and they locked my money up at the bank. If I cancel it could take 72 business hours to release. It's 6:35 I doubt I will see food at 8 pm either. On a good note someone missed the 50.00 cash Christmas tip they were getting in a cute card.A simple we can't fulfill your order instead of stating it would be here, it would be here, would have been the appropriate thing to do.

Been using Walmart Plus and Delivery since last year and it just keeps getting worse. Something always missing from my order. Lately orders delayed, and then just cancelled. Customer service wants to offer a $10 promo code. Money takes forever to get put back onto card. Dave yourself the headache and use Amazon Prime and a different grocery store.

Wow!!!! Worst customer service ever, I bought an air compressor, which didn’t hold air…and because I two kids who ruined the box, and throw it away, which had the receipt taped to it. They told me to bad…there is nothing they can do because I couldn’t prove that I bough it there…it’s on the shelf, it’s on the website, but that doesn’t matter, that absolutely REFUSED to help me, i even offered to spend more money…they didn’t care about taking care of the customer or about getting more money!!! Worthless employees, and when I pointed out that On the wall behind them read the policy in which they will not honor…the Manager asked me to stop harassing the employee, unreal!!! will never shop at Walmart again! Any Walmart!

Double check your sales receipt On September 18, 2022, at approximately 12:15 PM, I entered Walmart # 01148 on Lawrence Road in Wichita Falls, Texas. There were two clothing racks inside the front door on the north side of the building. The rack on the west side had a sign, "Everything $1 Over ride at register." A customer was asking a Walmart associate a question concerning the prices. After she finished, I asked, and the Walmart associate confirmed that everything on the west rack was $1. I took three items marked $1 to the self-checkout counter. The first one rang up at $5. The shirt had two marked tags—one for $3 and a clearance tag for $1. I got the attention of an associate. He told me it was going to cost me $5. After, I asked for a manager. The manager said the price was $3. I showed her the $1 tag. She answered that she did not care. I went to the rack, removed the sign, and showed it to the same manager. She repeated she did not care. I explained that to her I had bought two almost identical shirts Thursday for $1 each. She said that was Thursday, this is today. I asked for another manager who rubber-stamped what the first manager said. Somewhere in the exchange, it was implied I had added the $1 tag. I had two shirts with the same logo. The second one did not have a $3 tag. It only had the $1 tag. I was told someone from apparel would have to approve the override. They were not going to call anyone from clothing for me. I taped the sign to some water bottles by the register and took a photo. I went in search of someone who worked in the apparel department. After a few minutes of searching, I found an apparel associate. She told me she had been told earlier to reduce everything on that rack to $1. There appeared to be some tension concerning that rack before I arrived. She went with me to the register and told the checkout associate the three items I had were $1 each. (I was not the only person having problems with prices.) The associate who checked me out said he had overheard my conversation with the managers. Attached is a photo of the sign, the shirt, the sales receipt, and a photo of the first manager. All this should be a moot point because the shirt was clearly and professionally tagged for $1. I believe this situation is covered in the Texas Penal Code, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) Walmart used to have a "Price Match Policy." Recently I found two identical items with different prices on them at Walmart. I was going to be charged different prices for the same item. I left the higher-priced item at check out. The computers in Walmart have been raising prices before the old prices were raised on the shelves. Walmart now ignores the prices on the shelves.

I ordered a canopy I need for my flea market reseller business and needed it immediately so I attempted to order one from walmart.com. They tell meI will receive it on Sunday 06/19/2022 by 10pm. It never shows up so I call customer service. Janis assures me it will be at my home 06/20/2022 and since Walmart.com was unable to deliver when it was supposed to be to me she would give mea refund and allow the product to show up as a formal apology after I explained the several times walmart.com failed me. Today 06/20/2022 I call customer service and they tell me that they cancelled my order and gave mea refund. I just wanted the item!!!!! Worst supposed delivery ever. Never trust walmart.com to receive anything as I have never to received more than one order I've ever ordered off of their website. Such bs!

This is happened the second time since I’ve been to my local Walmart they put a price at the bottom and when you go to the register with the item it rings up 20 $30 more and then when I call representative it takes forever to finally they tell you they can’t leave the registers they don’t help you at all I really feel like they are policing deceptive prices at the bottom so when you pick up the item you bring it to the register and it rings differently you don’t wanna hassle with it or they can’t get anyone to help you

On March 13, 2022, Automotive Dept. I took my car in for an oil change and they overfilled my engine with 10 quarts of oil. It was smoking bad following the experience. I took it to my mechanic on Monday and they found that Wal Mart, Evans, GA store overfilled the engine by 5 extra quarts. It caused the spark plugs and coils to foul out. The PC valve had to be replaced. It cost me over 14000 in additional costs. I had filed 12 corporate complaints (2203300-005410) and got no response from the store, region, or corporate. I will NEVER go back. It could have been resolved but not by ignoring me.

My daughter and I went yesterday and bought some deli meat, low and behold we net Ruthie behind the counter. Shexwas incredibly helpful to the woman before us, and we asked questions as well that assisted us so nicely. My granddaughter had requested to try Salomi and we both don't eat it. She wasn't with us so we were trying to determine which one to choose. You all had 3 different kinds, we chose the one with less fat. Ruthie added an extra slice of the hard so she could try it and compare it for next time. I would have never thought of it. I have never encountered at any store such a warm, caring woman purposely serving a customer and making it the best experience. This was the Vero Beach, FL store. We were almost ready to walk out and she tracked us down because we forgot our turkey. Seriously, I applaud this woman. I requested a picture of her, she thought I was a hoot. Ruthie makes everyone feel special.

I have had a terrible experience with Walmart.com. I purchased an e-gift card for my sister and she never received the email, I have tried calling Walmart customer service, Walmart billing, Walmart customer relations and Walmart gift card services to no avail. They simply refused to give me a refund. They claim to have sent the e-gift to my sister’s email that I gave them but my sister says she never received it. I had to go to Amazon and buy another gift card online which she received in 5 minutes. I don’t recommend Walmart for any kind of shopping at all.

I ordered from Walmart.com the seller is exhome i bought snowshoes proof is included I was told on February 1st I would 100% forsure get them February 6th proof is posted, i try to contact Walmart and get told I am a liar and he will make sure I never get my property I paid for, or my money back even with all of the proof. I was forced to file criminal charges state and federal for theft by deception as well as wire fraud, make a report with the BBB,FTC,FCC, FEDEX, and Concemer Protection because of the very clear violation of the consumer protection act. I am also forced to write reviews every where I can in hopes Walmart will not do this to others. " ALSO NO I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM WALMART OR THE SELLER .

They know they're experiencing problems with their chosen delivery service, DoorDash, yet continue to use them. My grocery delivery for today was STOLEN by one of their drivers--a Ronald--who actually took a picture of the inside of his car to show where he delivered my groceries. AND customer care said they cannot guarantee it will not happen again. With a serious reduction in availability, Walmart needs to do better!

I received a gift & tried twice in person without a receipt and not opened with the second called by a manager to come in for approval of over $50 for store credit & got there that with scanning bar code comes up not available & I scan with Walmart App & shows up in the system just out of stock priced at $62.78 and would not give me store credit.
