Walmart canceled My Pillow because they want to appease the left radical communists. Bed, Bath & Beyond & Kohls did the same same thing. Think about where you spend your money!

Proceeded to order on line. Identified the item, put it in the cart and went through all of the steps of ordering, including address, credit card, etc. And then, after they had collected all of my info. and I was ready to complete the purchase, they tell me "Item Out of Stock." Well, they could have told me that, of course, as soon as I selected the item, but then they wouldn't have been able to collect my information. FOR THIS GROSS ABUSE OF MY TIME AND OF MY PERSONAL DATA I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE WALMART AGAIN.

Self checkout. Either I get double charged or accused of stealing. I won’t be shopping here anymore. Wal-Mart has always been my go to whenever I need something, not anymore.

My review is based on the last number of years, not Walmart's performance during or after Covid. They have steadily dropped In their quality of customer service, prices, availability, delivery, employee morale, website functionality, and reputation. What gives, Walmart? It is so sad when a company makes all the cuts in the wrong areas to save a buck and ends up cutting their own throat. A once reputable company, Walmart is just a mess now, as well as being the butt of jokes on YouTube and social media. I am so fed up. So so fed up. I don't know if they're ever going to pick themselves up again, but it's time for me to move on.

They are frauds! Scams! You already have major problems that they pacify you with a 15$ promo code that they conveniently forget to tell you that you can only f'ing use it once then the rest is GONE!!! Plus their f'ing app wastes your time having you reorder your f'ing list to have it delivered the next day!! Plus, all they give you are useless apologies!!! Over and over its we/ I am sorry for our inconvenience, etc. They are SORRY, FRIKKEN PATHETIC!!! Yes, let them know of it!! I call for a boycott!!!

Bogus charges from Walmart.com on a regular basis. Finally had to block my card and dispute those charges. Walmart knows these are bogus bon't won't back them out so I had to block my credit cards and file a formal dispute. I will not longer be shopping at Walmart.com.

If I could use zero Stars I would put zero Stars they really really let me down. First they sold me a new cell phone I later learned it was refurbished and had problems with the screen but I had purchased the protection plan and I tried to get it fixed it was it wasn't covered they claimed it was covered under the manufacturers warranty so after messing with that for a long enough and learning I couldn't get it fixed what do you know it it did happen to actually get dropped and the screen cracked the protection plan is a joke it only covers the minimum of $130 out of 170 that I paid second I've been without a phone for 2 months haven't received any payment from them so up until this point it's just a scam beware of Walmarts dubious business practices do not be fooled. Now that I've tried to cash in on the warranty and get a new phone or get paid or anything I no longer have access to their site from Walmart site it's kind of funny that oops link is broken....

I would give Walmart no stars, but the system wouldn't let me do it. I have spent weeks trying to get a return but the return dept can't process it because I purchased the item on a visa gift card. After the purchase the visa gift card was thrown away and now all they want to do with my return is credit the visa gift card I no longer have. Evey time I call about 30 mins after being on hold several times a return specialist informs me, they have reviewed everything, and they will send me a Walmart gift card and guess what? The Walmart card never shows up, this company has lied to me 3 times now! Do yourself a favor and DON'T ORDER FROM WALMART ONLINE! if something goes wrong, they will never return your funds. Stay away!

Self checkout at Walmart on Union is becoming a nightmare, I'm old and have a caregiver, now we share a cart as I'm not able to push my own. Everytime they tell us you have to have 2 carts for 2 people as we combine our purchases. Now we're told the manager wants it that way....WHY??? You're causing more congestion at the checkout, besides the frustration of said checkout. I remember going to Walmart with no hassles, go in buy and leave, now you get angry employees, angry customers, and no longer a pleasure to shop. Hey Walmart get it together or lose a lot of business. Because you lost mine.

DO NOT EVER JOIN WALMART PLUS!! This was third wrong delivery order. Usually I’m missing one or two items…today it wasn’t even close to my order delivered!! Worse part is my $150 rewards dollars from Capital One are gone!!! Please, please, please don’t waste your money on Walmart Plus. Walmart is a WASTE!!! Walmart needs to close it shop and let Amazon handle it!!

My wife and I are handicapped and shopping for a weeks worth of groceries is no small undertaking. We just got home with zero groceries and lots of high blood pressure. We had 2 carts full of grocs and when the cashier pushed the wrong button to total up the bill, everything went downhill. The cashier went to get some sort of management person to see if she could fix things. After pushing some more buttons she said we have to unload and unbag all our purchases and run them back through again. The manager was upset with me because she insisted that it was all a mistake, but I said "why is this my problem? I'm not blaming the cashier, but then again I'm not the one that pushed the wrong button, so if it's up to me to fix your mistake, you can have all this stuff to restock" I've never been treated so shabby in a store before. We spend hundreds of dollars every week in that place. There isn't much competition around here (Houghton Lake) but I think I may just do some driving in the future.

I took a 92 year old man in for a booster and there was only one bench to sit on in the pharmacy area. This is ridiculous. I went and got a stool from the home furnishings area. This lack of concern for the elderly and disabled is very sad.

They are scamming scum of the earth. Lets start with the fact I used Walmart.com and I ordered a TV last summer (2021) that never showed up. Months of going through hell with them I just gave up. I have a credit card with my kids as authorized users who only use this card for IN STORE purchases of groceries, yet May 2022 and June 2022 W+ charged me 12.95 (twice) for a membership. I called to cancel and they "said I dont have a subscription, they cant find me or my kids or my card and there is nothing they can do about it go turn off my debit". I will be not only be leaving bad reviews, but I will be cancelling them and I never shop there again. 2 HOURS LATER FINALLY GOT MY WALMART CC CLOSED. 1 HOUR AFTER THAT I GOT AN EMAIL FROM WALMARTCONTACTS ABOUT AN ORDER (I DIDNT PLACE!) CALLED BACK AGAIN NO ONE CAN HELP CORP DOESNT CARE EITHER SCUM OF THE EARTH CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, THE COMPANY IS A SCAM, I HATE THEM

BEWARE!!! Don't pay any attention to the prices and availability shown on your local Walmart website as they won't honor any price differences from what they have at the store. I drove over 20 miles just to buy some fertilizer listed at $14.62. When I purchased it, it rang up $18.88, I showed the cashier the website listing and he said, "we are not allowed to honor "our" prices listed on the website per the instructions of our manager". I told him the price shown on the website was the only reason we came to purchase the fertilizer. The cashier said, "sorry". So...if they won't honor their own website prices, I won't be going back.

Walmart is a joke they take your money out it on hold for 10 days to give you a email stating that your order was cancelled because of a pricing error then when you call to discuss the problem all Walmart can say it was through a 3rd party and there's nothing we can do after my money had been held up for 10 days until I got the email and still have to wait another amount of days for my bank to issue my money I'm not happy with Walmart customer service this is my first experience with them with this problem any other time I had a problem Walmart fixed it or made it right on my end

People ask me all the time, why don’t you just where the mask?? Well this 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 That woman you shamed in the grocery store, because she wasn't wearing a mask? She already feels enough shame because she was raped. Having something over her nose & mouth triggers her PTSD, and causes her to relive that trauma. That man at the Quickee Mart who you called selfish? He's a volunteer firefighter, and just came from the ER, after being treated for smoke inhalation. He removed his air mask, in order to help a child breathe fresh air, instead of thick smoke. That elderly lady who you screamed at to put a mask on, or shop when it's her turn? Her husband of 60 years just passed away. She's doing her best to learn to live alone. Every breath is physically painful, due to her grief. That little boy you lectured about removing his mask? He's autistic. He doesn't understand. He simply wants it off of his face. That little girl who screams when somebody tries to mask her? She's claustrophobic. She came from an abusive home, where she was confined to a closet. There are all sorts of reasons for not wearing a mask. Not all are lung, or immune system related. How many of you are among those shaming, name calling, and berating complete strangers, or worse, family members? How many of you are against bullying? If you are among the first group, and align with the second, you may want to pump the brakes, and check yourself... you have become the bully you claim to be against. Wearing a mask does not make you a kind person. You are either a kind person, or you aren't. A piece of cloth does not determine that trait. On the flipside, not wearing a mask does not make a person selfish, or inconsiderate. It simply means that, there may be an unseen reason why they cannot wear one. You don't know their story, and, to be quite honest, it's none of your business.

The customer service is very bad. I bought a Breville Barista Pro espresso machine for 468$ which is too cheap because the machine's price is 850$. The third-party seller was a scammer. He puts low prices to attract buyers. He sent me a tracking number to the same city as my address but to a different address and sent a small box that fit a mailbox. The machine is about 30 pounds. I called the USPS and they told me that the tracking number was not to my address. So Walmart charged me 468$ and later they removed that seller from their site due to quality issues(that means he is a scammer). I contacted Walmart Customer Service first they told me they would refund me after 48 hours, After 48 hours they told me they would refund me after a few days, and after a few days, they asked why you are contacting us, you already received your order no refund to you. They did not ask USPS if they delivered that tracking number to my address or to a different address and what was the weight of that order. They are not professional to band the scammers to sell on their site. They did not take responsibility for sending me the machine from their store or refund me my money. It seems that not only the seller is a scammer but Walmart is a scammer as well.

While it may be difficult to not shop at Walmart due to their obviously very competitive prices versus their competitors, the reason they are able to do this is because they cut corners everywhere else. Whether it’s the terrible conditions for their employees, or the over seas labor they use as their supposed customer service department, that don’t speak English and respond only with automated scripted answers, or the lack of any type of sales support at all once the initial purchase is completed, until we as consumers stop giving them our billions of dollars each and every year, you can expect to continue to receive the same 1 star treatment as evidenced by the thousands of reviews posted here and elsewhere. Why would anyone make any type of change if they were continuing to make billions year over year without seeing any loss in their profits. If you all want to stop receiving the same crappy shopping experiences you all posted here about, shop literally anywhere else but Walmart, until they make the most basic of improvements so that we no longer have to vent in frustration on these review sites. The sheer eff you attitude their customer service department has for its customers is absolutely appalling and nothing is going to change that until and only until they start hurting in their pockets. Spend the couple extra cents and buy your items at the thousands of other choices we have other than this scandalous, racist, homophobic conglomerate, that we have fed countless billions to, only to be treated like the stepchild junkie in the family when all we’re asking for is the most basic of common courtesies.
