“We purchased soccer cleats through their website, we gotsoccer.com, and the shoes didn’t fit. We sent them back and they said that we wore the shoes. My daughter tried them on and walked on the hard wood floor,. We boxed them back up in the very damaged box and sent them back. Now they will not give us our money back and are sending the shoes back to us. We cannot use these shoes. They do not fit us, and they were never worn by us.”
“I ordered what I thought was a Black Nike parka jacket for my daughter prior to Christmas. I paid $100 for the jacket and $30 to have it shipped quickly. The color of the jacket was described as Obsidian. When you google Obsidian, it says "deep black". The jacket showed up as Navy Blue.
I called Wegotsoccer customer service rep and asked they refund the purchase price as well as the mailing costs to return the jacket and get an actual Black jacket since the wrong color was sent. She argued with me and said Obsidian is Navy Blue and that to get a Black jacket, I would have to pay to return the jacket and then pay to ship another jacket back to me. No return authorization was ever sent by the customer service representative and now I am outside of the 30-day window to return the jacket.
If you are a company that sells online like Wegotsoccer, you need to do a better job describing your products or having return policies that will keep customers buying from you. If I do not get a full refund from Wegotsoccer for this Navy Blue jacket that my daughter will never wear because her team colors are black, I will never purchase another product from them again.”
