6/01/2023 Message : I purchased a whirpool dryer 9kg Inverter Motor 6 months ago. On the 12th December I put in a repair claim. I had someone come and repair it no sooner did he leave that it stopped working again. He said that he had to order another part. Empty water tank message keeps appearing and stops working. I understand that we have had Christmas and New Year in between but I need this issue resolved ASAP. This is ridiculous for such a big compamy..... Not only is it costing me money evertime I go to the laundromat to dry my clothes but also fuel....To date I have spent $48.00 at the laundromat just drying my clothes. Paid just over thousand for a product that only lasted 6 months. Not impressed.

Our brand-new Whirlpool washing machine broke down less than 7 months after purchase. Four parts were identified as broken at the first service, and only two were available. It is now 5 weeks after the first service, and still no parts. Even worse, Whirlpool sent us to their only local service partner, but they do not honor their own service partner's commitment. To be specific, the service partner ordered the needed parts immediately after their first service attempt, but, to our shock, when we called Whirlpool 17 days after the first service attempt, Whirlpool told us they have to wait for 21 working days from the moment we are calling right then, instead of from their own partner's parts order date, since the partner didn't tell Whirlpool about the part ordering! No matter how we explained the situation, Whirlpool's associate and team lead just keep repeating their "policy". When we asked for escalation, the team lead said he is the top of the company, and he hung up on us. Throughout the whole conversation, no one said any words apologetic, and no customer caring was shown. As a result, we are still going to our neighbor for laundry week by week after 5 weeks, not knowing when the broken Whirlpool washer can be repaired or exchanged. We don't understand why the next step in their policy (exchange or reimbursement) cannot happen, even if their own service partner already told Whirlpool that the need part won't be available for another 30 days. Even worse, they insisted on counting the 21 days much later than the parts order date, even with clear explanation by their own service partner. Every call to Whirlpools customer service took 40 - 50 minutes to be picked up. And I couldn't find any other way to escalate my issue. Looks like Whirlpool doesn't care about the customer, nor even their own brand reputation. Stay away from the Whirlpool brand!

2 weeks old and my washer/dryer completely destroyed my clothes. Customer service stated they would refund - not even an offer to repair - but customer service person rude and unhelpful. Refused to even consider refunding my 2 ruined jumpers, despite ACCC support. Ignored my request, told me the weren't whirlpool (!) and told me to contact America! Insane. Useless product, appalling service - don't even think about purchasing this once trusted brand.

Delivered yesterday. Door bins are WAY too Small!!! Too shallow to put condiments on the left side. Too low to put in wine bottles without sacrificing the space now needed to put condiments, etc. Noisy. Ice maker is great. Water dispenser is great. Third drawer between freezer and fridge is great. Very disappointed in the space on the interior. Will put this one in my garage and going to buy another one. This one is in the $2000 range.

I have owed many fridges in my life and none of them have ever been leaking water I would never recommend whirlpool brand fridge regardless of price point. I am extremely disappointed. This is the worst purchase ever .I bought this fridge the end on June I had a problem on September the whirlpool company sent 4 times to fix done nothing. Whirlpool wont replace new one as they promise you they will only keep sending repair. worst customer service finally they told me you have to deal with the problem

Washing machine broke down after 4 months. Read reviews online, this company is a joke. Buyer beware they don't care after you've already purchased your machine

Had to wait 8 days for an appointment to service a faulty dishwasher which was less than a week old. They declared it unfixable, but since I bought it through a distributor on their website not Hotpoint or Whirlpool direct (I can't find a way to even do that- their website says "where to buy and lists Very.com or Littlewoods.com) they can't resolve it. Paid £779 including £70 for installation). I have to go back to the retailer and they have to ask Whirlpool to pick it up - then refund the machine. When reading appliance reviews - customer care reviews are more important than the product itself. Still without a dishwasher 3 weeks on.
