So tired of these lib bleeding heart companies. They refused 2 coffee mug orders because It had part of the confederate flag in the pic. Domestic terror groups logos are fine though.

I was excited to see Zazzle offering a wide range of face masks, so I ordered several on April 19. I still have not received my items as of May 25. The tracking number indicates that the package is sitting at my local post office. I think the severe delay in shipping is due to some current issues with the USPS; however, since I still have not received my products that I paid for six weeks ago, I cannot recommend Zazzle to others.

I needed two yard signs for very important one day celebrations. I placed my order with Zazzle and paid $25 for express shipping in order to receive the signs by April 23 or 24. Well, those days have come and gone. Zazzle never reached out to me about this so I reached out to customer service. I was told I could receive a refund of the shipping amount which is nice, however, not helpful in receiving my signage. Customer service said they don’t know when I’ll get my signs. So frustrated. If you really don’t know when you’ll get a product to a customer, please don’t make guarantees at the order stage. I recognize right now things are challenging overall in the world, but when I placed my order, there was no caveat about possibly delayed shipping only a statement that I WOULD receive it April 23 or 24 and now they won’t even give me an expected date. Not sure how you can feel good about this?

Zazzle is AMAZING! We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19, and they had the best customer service by far. They were so understanding of the situation, and they went above and beyond my expectations. I will forever be using Zazzle to order any invites!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS The worst customer service you can imagine. Paid for 6-9 days delivery. After 10 days no invites. Contacted customer service. Was told an URGENT notice would be put on my order and they would arrive within the next week. A week later still no invites. Contacted Zazzle again. SAME ANSWER we will put an URGENT NOTICE on your order and give you STORE CREDIT!!!! for the delivery cost but we still can't guarantee a delivery date. ...CANCELLED MY ORDER and now left with no invites for my wedding which is now 9 weeks away. APPALLING

Items are NOTHING like the pictures! My daughter ordered me a glitsy wall clock for Christmas. It broke my heart when the package arrived and it was a cheap clock, nothing like the picture and she was SO disappointed! To think that she spent her hard-earned money trying to get me what I had picked out and it was not the beautiful clock pictured! I or my family will NEVER order from Zazzle again!

I ordered a Music sound Board ornament for my Granddaughter. It was as I ordered except that the print they used was not inserted correctly and part of the edge shows. It's very obvious. I'll keep the ornament even tho I'm not happy with it. The website is hard to maneuver, hard to use. Definitely not user friendly. Will not order from them again.

Ordered a pro-Republican car magnet sign offered on their website. Order was confirmed then canceled an hour later due to “content guidelines”. Evidently pro-Liberal content is Ok...... Recommend boycotting this business and any other that censors and stifles free speech. Management needs to familiarize themselves with the Constitution and the laws of this country.

I have been calling since last week and I've sent an email we received our flag and only got the middle portion of a 12-ft flag with half the words written on it I have not received so much as an email yet. 😡😠

First and foremost Customer Service very rude. Item rec'd was not even close to what I saw online. I decided not to return because when I bought it. I read that it would help the artist. However I should have read the reviews first. Also paid extra shipping, according to what I read 2 days for delivery. Once I spoke to the rude Customer Service he explained in a total different way. In any event I suggest you don't pay for additional shipping waste my money. Would not recommend buying from this company. My only regret is that if this is to help artist they are not going to make any monies. SORRY!!

Horrible quality, worse customer service. Ripped me off by charging me 9.99 for some program I had no idea I had to opt out of when I was just ordering masks. Which, to add insult to thievery, were of awful quality and child-sized. $120 down the drain as they were customized with family member pictures. Their response as to the frequent buyer program charge was to offer me a credit. Wouldn't use this site if paid me. COMPLETELY UNSCRUPULOUS!

They want me to spend three days taking pics of their crappy packaging. The first two sets weren’t good enough!!!!Product was sent terribly packaged to a state that has had rain every single day!!!!! Not even worth my time. Won’t be sending these flimsy, damp, and bent invitations to anyone!!!!!!! Never will do business again.

I've ordered from ZAZZLE over 25x. Cards, clothing, etc. I've been satisfied every time. No one offers more ways to customize your orders. I purchased ZAZZLE Black and now postage is free so I can even order small numbers of product. I am 100% satisfied.

Ordered 2 embroidered masks on July 3, not shipped until July 27 and still haven't received a week later. I will never order from them again and do not recommend them. It should not take over a month to make and ship 2 masks!

I ordered a lampshade that was printed upside down and not glued together. I wanted to return it but was told to just throw it away and was given store credit. So I shopped around and didn't see any thing I liked, so I reluctantly ordered another lampshade. It was also upside down. I was told to throw it away and I was GUARANTEED a full refund but got a credit and was told that they "cannot" give me a refund. Yes they could. They sent me BAD products. I didn't just change my mind. They saw the pictures and told me to throw them away and still will not give me my money back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM #ZAZZLE

Ordered and paid for 10 masks on April 18th. After 3 weeks with no message received about shipping, I contacted customer service. Run around for over a month...still not completed...I asked repeatedly for a date for shipping. Never given one. Requested a refund, which they claim was sent over 2 weeks ago. Never got the refund. Still fighting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If it's not a scam, it's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. If I could give zero stars I would.
