“Placed an order with a 25% discount code, took the full amount from my card with no discount. Telephoned them and was told they would refund me the 25% to my card and that it may take between 5 and 7 days to be processed. 24 days later and I’m still waiting for the refund.”

“Three of the inks are very good, but the yellow is too pale, making a poor green. I haven’t needed orange yet .Maybe it’s my printer? Maybe it will improve with use! I haven’t communicated with the company, but don’t know how to eradicate my choice of email below.”

“not good, we tried to change the delivery address but could not do it, we even contated your office 2 x, and EVri your deliver people. Your staff done nothing to help, and EVri were not contactable via the phone even though their advert says they are. A terrible service from both, we still do not have the ink, we had to re-order to be able to change the delivery address, we had to pay twice, and we still do not have the ink or the refund.”
