“I had a terrible experience with A24/7 and Sydney at Plumbing and Electrical. I called them to fix a leaking tap, but they ended up causing more damage. They quoted me R25000 for the repair, which I had to pay upfront. It's been 7 weeks, and they still haven't fixed my taps or bath. I later found out they are not qualified and have a reputation for overcharging. I Called the Director of the company 4 times and he refuses to call me back.
Stay away from this company to avoid the same frustrations I faced.”
“Similar to others, it appears, ordered and paid for an item that was not able to be supplied. Needed a nudge to issue refund but then I was slow to respond to the "N/A stock" email. With a phone call refund promptly turned up next day. Needs to improve supply chain and admin but a company trying its best I think.”
“I paid over $1000 believing that the products were worthwhile and in stock. Only after ordering and paying of course did I discover that only two small items of the eight ordered were in stock. The others I was informed were not going to be available for an unknown period of time maybe six weeks or more. If the products are not available they must be indicated as such on the site, it is deceitful not to. Also delivery is very expensive and additional charges apply to credit cards even for orders over $1000. It seems to be a company quick to take the dollars but not quick to deliver. Not impressed.”
