"I ordered a radiator. My order was pushed back several times. After months of chasing and many new delivery dates promised I was told they could not confirm a firm delivery date and I was asked how I wanted to proceed. I completely understand the majority of the businesses who sell and order these goods rely on supply from the manufacturer and things can be delayed. This is why I stuck with them for so many months. After their communication via email I finally decided to just get a refund and buy elsewhere. My refund was authorised and confirmed but it never came through. Weeks pass. Now no contact, no response, no reply. I decided to raise a case with Klarna, the intermediary with whom provide payment protection to spend online. After many requests and no response even from Klarna! They just basically said it\u2019s down to the retailer not them. So no rad no refund. Have had to give up as it\u2019s stressing me out too much to fight it. I have been going around in circles for months. It\u2019s very possible affordable rads have gone out of business and they have just changed their name to something else. You cannot connect to any link regarding the original website. Very surprising that this sort of fraud can be done to all these poor customers in this day and age especially when you buy it through a certified protected payment handler. Shocking. Have had to buy elsewhere and pay again. There is a lot of info on companies house for this company. \r\nFor clarity I ordered the item on the 9th October 2023 and finally had to cancel in February 24 as I had a project to complete. To this day I have had no more communication or a refund. I am genuinely so disappointed as I buy a lot of items online and have never ever experienced this before."
