“The concepts were at times too high-level for me personally. I haven't been in school in 20 years and my HR experience has been limited to one role Recruitment, so I was vaguely familiar with the lessons and some concepts were not relevant for me, but I am willing to learn. I did not like failing the first test, but appreciated the tips provided. It helped me know what to focus on and therefore gained a better understanding.”

“Overall great customer experience with people, platform and services. I believe the content should be revised. It should contain advise on interview techniques. The selection process part is poor in content and it was the only disappointing part of the course. It should be added a module about social media and sourcing techniques as this is a practical course. I would advice this course to someone who is already working in recruitment as Coordinator or Sourcer and wants to be promoted to take an active role in building the recruitment strategy and measure its effectiveness.”

“Very hard to find the time to do the course with an intense work-life schedule during the pandemic.... It is primarily oriented to HR professionals in organizations and not consultants in HR (my case).”

“Satisfactory experience with the discussion topics, content, additional reading materials with each module, the general site navigation and my coach. Course outlines are thoughtfully created and several ideas have been explained in an easy to understand and practical way. I thought the activities, aesthetics and instructor delivery in some places could get better.”

“This entire program able to provide good overview on the key aspect on what are the critical knowledge & skills needed to be a successful HRBP. The material are easy to understand and follow. The reading material suggested also quite useful. The Capstone Project also easy to navigate.”
