“Good refresher - especially mini MBA. Also liked the HR Op model and Agile section. Could have been more detailed on Lean principles and other new trends around remote working and well being”

“So far I like it, though I was initially disappointed with the DEI course. However, you added a very specific section that was more oriented towards my goal. Frankly, there needs to be a separate course on the Organizational and Culture models. That is not necessarily what I am looking for in a DEIB course.”

“Great info, but I would have liked to have more hands on application. Learning is geared toward visual and auditory learners, but tactile learning isn’t really present and could help connect the concepts better for all learning styles.”

“You need to be able to install PowerBI and or tableau. It was fiddly as my computer is a company one and to install anything I need the IT department to accept it”

“Overall, I think the program is interested and there is a nice variety in how the course is built up, such as quizes and assignments. Especially if you do the assignments together with someone else you can learn from it. For me it was too much focussed on analytics/data and was hoping for more variety in the topics.”

“The program has great content. However, I would only recommend it to HR professionals in traditional and conservative organizations. Reasons: The language and style are very formal Videos are long The Design Thinking module could be more modern and intuitive”

“The course I attended was for Diversity & Inclusion Certificate. I feel it was overcomplicated with lots of different theories which would be hard to implement across the board. This is my personal opinion. Diversity & inclusion is not easy but the processes to improve them should not be as difficult as this course portrayed. I feel like the language used in the modules could have been more simple and concise. This is my first course with AIHR and I doubt I will be taking anymore. However, the personalization and follow up I feel was good so I won't take that away from them,”
