“Really good experience buying a watch from Alma grove. The watch I brought was unfortunately out of stock after buying on their website, they emailed me offering a refund or the option to wait up to 4 weeks for delivery, I chose to wait and the the watch was delivered within 2 weeks anyway. I was kept informed via email regarding delivery dates. I highly recommend them”

“the bracelet was delivered fast so points for that, not and exact copy of the website image and the way it was packaged was a let down it came in a plastic box which had been cellotaped and stuck on a block of cotton wool which got caught in the bracelett saving grace was my wife liked the bracelett or id be sending it back.”

Hello Joy You don't have to accept faulty earrings. We can replace or repair free of charge. If you email us at enquiries@almagrovejewellers.com we will get this sorted for you. If they are the hoop earrings then the hinged bar should click lock into the V notch. Sometimes the V notch is too open and just needs adjusting. Regards
