“Very good prices for watches at least. The only downside is the waiting time to get it. To be honest this is mentioned before you buy. Just you need patience.”

“Very good service - earrings arrived very quickly. Happy with the product - slghtly worried that the fastening might not be robust enough as very delicate. So far so good. I will write another review with 5 stars in a while if all OK. Thank you for sweift deliery.”

“Purchasing was easy. Delivery was accurate. Communication was appreciated as I was sent an email to confirm the product was on its way. Concern is that the earrings purchase have a clasp which seems very thin so I need to be super careful”

“Unfortunately, the item I purchased didn’t quite look as I expected it to in real life, however, they were really helpful with the return and were quick to refund the money. Very helpful staff and quick to respond to email queries.”

“Update : Since writing my review the company has been in touch and apologised as I was sent incorrect information regarding my purchase. A incorrect template was used. It is good to know they responded and explained which should reassure customers about using Almagrove in future. This explains the previous correspondence and makes me certainly willing to use them for future purchases. Well done Almagrove for responding and admitting a mistake. That’s good customer service. On this basis I would recommend using them the product was good and despatched well so I will be buying from them again. The purchase was smoothly and the product quickly but the confirmation email accompanying it is both misleading and not legal - also you are not made aware of this ‘restriction’ until after completing the purchase. It states “no returns as the order” as it is supplied from elsewhere and therefore cannot be returned. This is clearly in breach of current consumer laws in the UK governing distance trading and online purchases. Good job the product met my expectations otherwise I wonder what would happened if it hadn’t. Almagrove need to change this business practice. The product is good quality and so far appears to be working fine.”
