“Disgusting company. Scammers. Took £600 for a new shower and install. Broke all my pipes and have left me 4 days with no running water in my house!! AVOID!!! Couldn’t care less about customers.”
“Contacted Aqualisa for advice regarding a leaking shower and was sold a “retrofit” Digital shower. The installation couldn’t of been simpler, but their chap turns up and decides not to fit the rain drencher shower head, he re- fits an obsolete one in it’s place. “ You’ll need a plumber if you want that done” Which I understand to mean, that’s what you wanted but I just can’t be arsed. 63 minutes later he’s off... Just get a professional to fit yours.”
