“Didn't even get the courtesy of a callback and I went through the process twice. I value integrity and when people/businesses don't honour their word to do what they say they'll do, I don't recommend them or ever deal with them again.”

“Wasting people's time saying you can get a quote at every step. At the last stage it says you qualify, but you still have to wait for they call.”

“Credit buddy has ads telling you they will assist you and give you rates for finance prior to filling a credit application. They then pass on your information to finance companies who call and ask you to complete a credit application to asses your score and then they can give you an interest rate. Their ads are misleading and essentially they do not offer any service to the consumer other than farming out your information to finance brokers. The lady from the finance company called and did not know who the lead came from quoting the wrong company name etc.”

“Waste of time. As soon as I said I was retired they shut me out. They were not interested in the amount of super I receive each month. If you have an excellent credit rating and a bucket load of super they are not interested.”

“I was fortunate enough to deal with Brad who was not only patient but very supportive when it come to finding the right deal for me for finance. At times when I was unsure of things he would always ring and explain to me and reassure me with the right information. Not only that but I was so impressed with the way he used his professionalism on my behalf when problems arose with the car salesman we were dealing with and he got it sorted for me which relieved the stress from me. Although he had already sorted out the right finance which suited my needs he also went beyond to help me! Brad was nothing but awesome to help me, to give me the info I needed and I was very comfortable right throughout the whole process! I know not everyone has had good experiences judging by some reviews I have read however, I can shut down those who have stated they are scammers. This is not true. So if you really want positive results and a good outcome, Brads your man!!! A +++++++”

“Dont waste your time with Auto Buddy. I received a call from a company called Alpha390 Finance saying they were business partners with Auto Buddy after filling out the online form after seeing an ad for Autobuddy on Instagram. After providing all my details over the phone i was text a link to complete a privacy request that granted them permission to run background checks that would/could affect my credit rating. Therefore nullifying the only reason I completed the form on instagram as it said it would offer potential finance rates without running credit checks that affect your credit rating.”
