“I returned my dress to the Elizabeth Street shop with the understanding from the manager that I would receive a refund from the online shop and having bought the same dress in a larger size. I’m aware that this is unusual but I have rather strange circumstances given I live in Australia, was leaving a couple of days later and the fit was significantly different in silk from cotton. I am still waiting to hear from the online store and for the refund so currently am very disappointed. I have emailed twice with no response.”
“The skirt arrived in good time and good condition. It is well made, save for a plastic zipper. The skirt itself was voluminous. I have had it altered. We replaced the plastic zipper. I would be grateful if Beulah would send newsletters only once a week. The clothes are very appealing. I never did receive my 10 per cent discount on my first order though I bought the skirt on sale.”
“I would like to inform you that I have received your skirt that is dirty on one side.
The skirt was packed in a bag through which dirt got onto the skirt. I took the skirt to a dry cleaner and they didn’t have to remove the stain. Now I have washed it myself and the stain is still visible.
I must say that the skirt is very beautiful, but sent in very poor packaging.”
