“Lovely company to purchase from. The shirts that I had originally ordered were too large but Christine was very helpful, friendly and informative and she advised me on which shirt size would be best based on the measurements that I sent her. I have received the 2 new shirts and they fit my dad perfectly, he is very pleased with them and has said that he will be ordering his shirts from Big Fish Clothing in the future. Thanks again for all your help!”

“Order arrived on time however it was not what I was after so had to return. The arrangement of the return was straightforward but I never received the confirmation that return has been received. I had to call several times as the phone line is not managed well so had to try quite a few times to confirm parcel has been received! I appreciate the refund is meant to takes 14 days as per the return policy but the customer should be told once the item is received back so they know it has not gone missing in the post. I am not sure why 14 days are taken for the refund too. It is an awfully long time to receive a refund. I am still waiting for mine so not sure how accurate 14 days are.”
