“Crotch was to tight. Couldn't put the jeans on. Leg length was OK. Appearance looks good but wouldn't recommend..”

“Good quality,plenty long enough arrived quickly. Unfortunately had to return as not suitable for my teenage son as very baggy in the legs. Unfortunately had to pay for delivery and cost of returns so cost me £7 and left with no goods. Contacted customer services by email but unfortunately didn't bother to reply. Won't use this store again.”

“I ordered what I thought were Calvin Klein boxer shorts, size 3XL. When I received them I noticed there was no sign of the Calvin name and that the 3 XL size corresponded to a 48-51in waist rather than the normal 46in waist 3XL would usually signify. Furthmore, when I looked at the accompanying leaflet I discovered that the policy for returns prohibited the return of underwear for reasons of hygiene. I sent a message saying that I had not opened the pack and that they should consider a refund (as the items couldn't have been tried on). Several days have passed and I haven't even had the courtesy of a reply.”

“My son is very slim with very long legs so I thought I would get these for him to try on. They were far too big so I sent them back using the link supplied on 02/09/2024. Two weeks later & I am yet to receive a refund or an email to let me know what’s happening! Sadly I find this to be very poor customer service.”
