“I am happy with my order apart from the fact that one of the zips on the pocket on the joggers was already broken before I even wore them I got a fiver refund for that but I was hoping for something else like my next order free for example”

“Order arrived on time however it was not what I was after so had to return. The arrangement of the return was straightforward but I never received the confirmation that return has been received. I had to call several times as the phone line is not managed well so had to try quite a few times to confirm parcel has been received! I appreciate the refund is meant to takes 14 days as per the return policy but the customer should be told once the item is received back so they know it has not gone missing in the post. I am not sure why 14 days are taken for the refund too. It is an awfully long time to receive a refund. I am still waiting for mine so not sure how accurate 14 days are.”

“Unfortunately my initial order was incorrect & joggers were too long, there was no way just to issue a replacement, instead I had to return my original purchase & order the 2nd pair. Sadly, I had to wait just under 4 weeks for a refund, although joggers were adequate, this situation will prevent me from using your website in the future.”
