Dear Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding Mr. Kahloon's transportation booking on July 28th. I notice that additional waiting time charges have been applied to the booking. However, as communicated in my previous email, the pickup time was adjusted from 9:15 AM to 9:40 AM that morning due to heavy traffic conditions. The inside of the car was kept clean. The driver arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time to pick us up, which we liked very much.

Terrible service worst possible. First driver walked away and I was charged a cancellation fee. Still not returned. Return trip driver was. 30 mins late. Wish I'd never ever met Blacklane

1. You sent 2 cars instead of 1 car to Greening Wood on 28th June to transfer us to Heathrow Terminal 5. 2. You have not answered my email dated 30th June confirming that our Booking for 1 car from Heathrow to Greening Wood on 9th July is confirmed. We do need this transfer!!! See also my email today. Collected from airport. Our first introduction to Italian driving but was very relaxed, safe and friendly. Comfortable but on winding roads to Bellagio, forward facing should be preferred.

No one seems to answer the phone. My phone was stolen and I emailed with someone to let them know that it would be difficult for me to contact the driver. I landed at 5:30 AM and still no one answered the phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes.

Our Driver Ulvi was Professional in both his Manner and Driving Skills. Our trip took us from Rome to Naples. His vehcle was chauffer class and we felt that way in his care. I recommend Blacklaner

Communication with the drivers was good. I booked this for an employee who's flight was delayed and it was easy to adjust the schedule from the app with in the time window.
