“10/10! Will most definitely be booking with you guys again. Amazing customer service from both drivers. Car was immaculately clean and had plenty of drinks and cleansing wipes and I love that they didn’t mind me connecting to my music. Great service! Thank you !”

“The company texted me updates on the vehicle's arrival. The driver was on time (he was early), courteous and helpful, and the van was very comfortable and clean. For my family of four, including a child who uses a wheelchair, pre-booking this service was worth every penny to make sure we arrived on time to the correct area at Edinburgh airport.”

“Why a black car when it costs ~2x as much as much as a taxi? Because one doesn't want to contend with the amateurism inherent to cabbies. They cannot be relied to show up on time; they cannot improvise when the traffic poses problem; they don't know when to talk or STFU. Moustafa (sp?) filled the bill of a pro and made it worth the price. There is simply too much mediocity in the world, that when a reliable opportunity to avoid it emerges, it becomes a good choice.”

“The trips were for my daughter but she tells me that her experience was exceptional. This was her fist trip overseas so as you can imagine her mother and myself were worried for her but clearly using Blacklane to get her to and from trains and planes was the perfect decision. She was able to enjoy the trip much more not having to worry about critical transportation needs.”

“The driver (name) was not the driver stated in the pickup confirmation email although the car and license plate matched. Instead of pickup at the luggage belt as announced the driver asked us to come to an upper floor, instructions were difficult to understand due to accent and bad connection. It took an extra 20 minutes to sort out the pickup. Car and drive to destination were ok.”

“We were booked for 1200hrs but at 1100hrs I received an email informing me that the driver had arrived at our hotel which made us rush downstairs to check out as well as going back to the hotel room to re check that we had taken all our stuff. The driver was lovely”
