“My plane was late, had to get from Gatwick to Heathrow. My driver was just fantastic getting me there safely and with advice on where to go inside airport, along with calming my nerves. Made my plane, thank you!”

“Have send you this mail yesterday: first of all, my clients were not 100% satisfied with the transfer in New York. 1. The driver was not informed that a small city tour was ordered, but unfortunately he did it a bit reluctantly. 2. He dropped my clients off at the wrong hotel and then refused to take them to the booked hotel. My second question is: The agreed amount has been debited from my VISA account BLACKLANE *977017731. However, there is still a reservation under the same booking number on my VISA account. I kindly ask you to clarify this as soon as possible, before there is a double deduction.”

“Fantastic service provided for our transportation from Tokyo Station to the cruise port in Yokohama, Japan. The driver Reo Mizazuki was professional and polite. He helped us arrange our luggage so it fit perfectly in the vehicle. He arrived ahead of schedule and got us to the cruise port by the projected time. He was an extremely safe driver which we appreciated. The vehicle was also extremely clean. If we could give ten stars for this service we would! We will be booking again for future trips. Thank you!”
