“Our driver, Jimmy was punctual and professional. We had wonderful service under unfortunate circumstances. There was a fatal accident on the 405 South, freeway closure on June 23rd.”

“I have tried Blacklane twice in Germany from Berlin airport and to Frankfurt airport. Drivers were available in time Cars were clean and new Drivers are friendly Reached in time with no delay Communication was easy and simple Strongly recommended”

“My wife and I used your service from Gatwick airport to Kensington on Saturday 20th June 2024. Adrian was our chauffeur, our flight was 60 minutes late. I contacted Adrian on landing and explained the situation. He met us as we left arrivals and assisted with luggage. The trip was very pleasant in his new electric Mercedes a touch of class. Our conversation flowed the entire journey. Adrian could not have done anything to make the trip better giver the very heavy traffic. I initially thought the cost of the service was a bit expensive, I was wrong and would do it again in a heart beat. Best service ever.”

“Unable to connect with customer service. Literally impossible - on hold for 30 minutes multiple times before giving up. Chat link is broken - useless to have a driving service if you can't reach someone when you need help. Cancelling and will just use uber.”
