“Ride from IAD to home was wonderful and driver was great. However after we got back, we were billed for the services, even though this was to be paid by Regent. On phone for over 1 and 1/2 hours to resolve the issues (outrageous)-only to be told that it was clearly their fault. This really made the after experience less than great. Need to be able to resolve any issues in a timely manner.”

“Our pickup from Heathrow T5 was excellent, our driver was where he was supposed to be, was helpful and polite, and managed to avoid a bad traffic delay en route. The restored our opinion of Blacklane after our outward journey to the airport, when our driver could find our street let alone our house, complained about our three modest bags and drove like a madman, despite no traffic or time pressure.”

“A perfect transfer from the Venice airport to our cruise ship in Fusina. Our driver was super and came and found us so we could navigate to the car from our boat from Murano to the airport. The vehicle was pristine and I have nothing but praise!”

“Good service although did not appreciate travelling in a Tesla and would not want that to happen again. A key problem is there is absolutely no way to resolve issues using email. That impacts my view of your customer service.”

“The drive itself was fine but instead of relaxing on the way home i had to deal with approximately 15 phone calls and emails including one call from New York something has gone badly wrong with 5 cars being despatched to pick me up.ld like to know what happened because this wasn't the peaceful journey i expected”
