“We have just used Blacklane for the first time to transport Staff members arriving late into Orlando and needing to attend training/conference in Melbourne. I can not speak highly enough of the service we recieved. The communication was great, they were on time, the drivers are very professional, and vehicles in perfect condition. Our staff had travelled from overseas and it was their first time in the States. The customer service they recieved exceeded our expectations. Highly reccomend Blacklane without hesitation!”

“The transfer ran smoothly and on time, which I’ve come to rely on with Blacklane. However, the interior of the vehicle had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which detracted from the overall experience.”

“Blacklane has always been good for us. However for our last hire in NY we wanted a sedan and got a taller Cadillac, not as easy to get in with formal clothes”
