“We have always regarded Blacklane as a company that upholds the highest standards of service quality, and we’ve consistently received excellent feedback from our mutual clients. Because of these values, we have confidently recommended your services to our partners and industry peers. However, I was recently surprised and disappointed by an issue I encountered. I received a $100 coupon, which I used, but was unexpectedly charged AED 270. I raised a dispute and was assured that I would receive a full refund. Unfortunately, the refund has not been processed to date. I remain hopeful that this issue will be resolved promptly and look forward to receiving the refund soon. “I always use Blacklane when I am visiting Barcelona to pick up and drop off between the airport and our hotel. With notifications 48 hours and 24 hours in advance together with a live view of when the chauffeur will arrive we never have to worry whether the car will arrive. Always looking smart, the driver loads your luggage, ensures you are comfortable with a bottle of cold water and whisks you to your destination in a smooth quality ride. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, highly recommended!!”

“The Blacklane driver left before the 1 hour aloted wait time and did not communicate to the customer. However, Blacklane customer service handled things very professionally and refunded the charge along with a promo code. Very satisfied with the professional customer service.”
