“I was most impressed with your service. When I arrived at the airport your driver greeted me and took my case and then escorted me to the vehicle On reaching my destination he took care of my luggage and very very courteous Thank you so very much, I look forward to my return journey on the 20th”

“I was satisfied with the drivers and rides but my lower scoring is based on an outstanding inquiry to credit a booking that was done in error I emailed about it as soon as it happened and have yet to hear anything back.”

“Our driver was awaiting our arrival and easily located at the airport in Budapest. It was a very pleasant ride to our hotel in a nice, large commerical van, which was able to accommodate 5 people, with all our luggage of 5 checked suitcases and 5 carry on suitcases. If needed, we will definitely use Blacklane services in the future.”

“Blacklane provided very smooth service without any issue. The chauffeur Mr.Qi Fan was kind and awesome. Of course, he was on time and he checked gate in advance to easy to meet and he provided great service including water, sparkling water, charging, loading baggage and safe driving.”
