“I love Blacklane all over the world Oddly where my home airport is - SeaTac in seattle it's gone downhill I actually use an airport map to send an hour out and it rarely gets used I think the company you sub out to here isn't as good as perhaps others”

“According to my customer "the transfer was amazing" and the driver (Neil) was "one of the loveliest guys" - speaks for itself! For my part, I booked on behalf of my customer, I was notified who the driver as well as transfer details, so I could rest assured my customers were well looked after. Great service, thank you.”

“I booked airport pickup. The driver was late by 40 minutes, due to traffic. At airport arrivals, the driver held a phone with name on display (instead of A4 size name board)- which is not possible for the guest to see unless they are staring close to the phone! I was expecting a standard airport pick up service from Blacklane.”

“A huge part of booking this service is so that I can receive assistant with luggage from baggage claim. This has not been the case the past few times I have booked this service. A huge disappointment. Also, maybe finding drivers with less road rage could help with transport from the airport to my destination at the early hours of the morning could make a significant difference.”
