“Our driver was prompt and courteous, no problem there. The situation is that he was supposed to pick us up on a Chevrolet Suburban and instead he picked us up on a normal car. What if I would been carrying four instead of two big pieces of luggage as I usually do? Not to mention that I was charged the price of a big SUV and not a normal car. Totally unacceptable. I won’t hire your services anymore.”

“Right on time. Everything about the ride was very good. Well worth the money. I had a 2 hour meeting 50 miles from LAX. As a single traveler the time saved on the hour drive one way in LA traffic had to be an hour and a half or more than normal for me by being able to use the car pool lane. I did not have to rent a car for 2 days and do an overnight stay. Price was as quoted no ups or extras.”

“My driver was excellent... once I finally found him. Blacklane's customer service, however, was just awful. Since my plane arrived early, I called to get my car earlier, but seemed impossible to get to a live person on the phone, so I gave up and waited and waited. I finally got a text that the driver was there, I searched and searched for my driver for 15 minutes. I could not find him among the drivers waiting for customers, therefore, I had to call Blacklane again and navigate the atrocious system to finally get connected to a live person. That took 9 minutes! Finally, the live person did a 3-way call with the driver, who was, indeed, waiting, but had not been waiting at the exit to the International Arrivals gate, which made it impossible to find him. I will NEVER use Blacklane again! This was far too stressful and far too much work on my part for an expensive chauffeur ride.”
