“Driver on time and helped with luggage. Water available, I believe, but driver did not verbally offer up one entering car.”

“Blacklane took the longest route home from the airport. We ended up showing the driver how to go. Neither driver spoke much english. On the way home from the airport we asked the driver if he was taking the freeway or surface streets. He didn't know what surface streets meant. We ahve been using Blacklane for years including in other countries and have always found them dependable. On the last trip language was the biggest problem and the on the way home from the airport the driver was unfamiliar with the route. There needs to be a way to reach Blacklane by phone.”

“We have used Blacklane over the past few years, and have never been let down. On our recent international travel, we learned of the breakdown that our scheduled driver experienced, and Blacklane ensured a replacement was found, causing us no delays in the early morning weekend pickup from the international airport.”
