“The driver showed up an hour early, which really confused me, I looked oult the hotel window and could not see a car & license plate match. Turned out he gave us the wrong license plate! I looked out front door of hotel too, and texted driver with no answer. Finally he came in, at the very moment we went back upstairs for all our luggage & spoke to clerk. And even though we said we had a scooter and large luggage, it was a pretty tight fit and car didn't seem any different than the G7 taxis we'd been using for several days. Color me not terribly impressed.”

“Fred was very nice and professional. The car was beautiful and clean. It would be helpful if you had a partnership or specific instruction's with venues like hard rock stadium so drivers can take you to a specific drop off point.”

“Easy to communicate with office and driver. My driver was was on time, courteous and respectful. I do think charging 20 euros to change a pick up time is excessive and unreasonable. I also think not crediting for less distance is not fair. I was over billed for waiting time, which there was none. It was credited after I put in a claim and I was given an 80 euro one time credit for future use within 6 months. With that time limitation I would prefer that be additional credit to my credit card. Not sure that I would use Blacklane again or recommend it to others.”

“The last 2 trips they had my address pin wrong (the right address but the wrong pin which I couldn't edit), and wasted time both ways to the airport and back to get to my home address. All previous trips were ok, not sure what's going on with the company, even the vehicles have changed from the usual Mercedes fleet to other vehicles now”

“My experience using Blacklane was very good overall. The only complaint I had was when the driver arrived he didn't have a sign with my name on it. There were a number of cars at my hotel and I had to go to each one to see if they were my scheduled car. I finally knocked on the window and driver said he was looking for me, but didn't have a sign.”
