“Highly dissapointed, for the money we spent on this product quality was poor…broken letters pegs that didn’t fit and a bent board. Block design have said they’ll send out some new letters and pegs but I was expecting better for such an expensive item”

Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear that the items arrived damaged. We take the greatest care to make sure products leave our studio in perfect condition and securely packaged. Unfortunately there are times when damage in transit does occur, although our trusted couriers also work hard to avoid this. “Hi there I returned the cork board , order number 11077, price £48, dated 17.02.24 but have not yet had any reimbursement for this item. The board was too small. I intended to purchase a larger board from your company but having heard nothing from you and so I was obliged to purchase a board from an alternative company as it was an urgent item. Do you need any further information from me. The package was returned in the condition that it was delivered in, unopened. Yours faithfully Mrs Ann Picton”

“I bought some clip board frames which are stylish and very functional and I would buy many more as they make great presents but they need to come in more colours because the background colour is key to highlighting the picture. Classical colours like burgundy and dark green are good contrast colours; currently I only have grey and navy.”
