Fantastic service, I send flowers 3-4 times a year to Manchester….and I live in Australia. Never been late and always the correct order.

I purchased a bunch of White Gift Box flowers for my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary for which I upgraded to a large box and paid £44.98 (£57.97 including delivery). I was very disappointed at the size of the bunch when they arrived as they were the same size as a £15 bunch from Tescos which I purchased the next day I would not use Bloom local again as I feel very ripped off.

Of course, we accept that sometimes buying flowers from a florist for home delivery will be more expensive than going to your local Tesco and purchasing them there, but we do aim to provide a bouquet of the value and quality of what was paid for when you ordered. Not only I couldn’t manage to get a timescale to get delivered (the only information I had was that it would be delivered before 6pm, and they arrived at 5.30pm). Most shocking was the size of the bouquet, I paid extra to get a large and it came very small. Due to those 2 above reasons, I will not use BloomLocal anymore.

Could get a better bunch from Tesco for a quarter of the price! Don’t waste your money! Nothing like pictures, rang up to complain but no response!

Accept there might be substitutions of flowers, but the amount of flowers my daughter received was pathetic compared to the picture on web site. I paid £57, it was not worth it. Won’t use again.

I want to say how disappointed I was when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received. My husband ordered the pastel gift box and the bouquet was nothing like that. I wish we had read some of the previous reviews before we ordered them the bouquet was rubbish.

Violet vibes included pink flowers and very little white as illustrated. Delivered late in day due to a vehicle breakdown. Not value for money!

Very pleased with the fast delivery, same day Although when my sister send me a photo of the flowers she received I was disappointed for her as they did not appear to be what I had ordered

Although the flowers were beautiful and the service was great I really don’t think £50 was justified, my sister loved them but however when I told her that I had paid £8.00 for delivery she didn’t feel that was justified from order to where they where delivered, I’m really sorry but I won’t be using your service again
