“AVOID THIS COMPANY! Paid $3500 for a package deal which included many things, but most importantly book publishing. They quite literally took all of my money and provided no finished book. Switched project managers twice and customer service is horrible. I wish I could go back in time and save myself stress and money by avoiding this company completely. Don’t make the same mistake.”

“Do not use this company. They promised a completed book in 3-4 months…nope. After 10 months I still have no product. Every time I was supposed to enter a new stage I was contacted to try and obtain more money for things I had in my contract that I already paid for. My questions about this were received with bullying and condescending attitude. After 10 months of going back and forth with the awful illustrations, I was told I needed to add 10 pages to a children’s book or Amazon wouldn’t publish a physical book. They apparently didn’t know this…really? How are you a publishing company that doesn’t know this. When I spoke to a manager about this I was talked over, talked down to, and hung up on. They refused to fulfill my contract, even 6 months late, and offered a 40% refund for something I didn’t receive. I will be seeking counsel for a full refund. I’ve never dealt with a company so unprofessional.”

“Two years ago I sent Book Writing Founders 2,000.00 to publish my books since they offered me a base amount of 2,000 to do both books. One was already published and on Amazon and I had sent them my changes I wanted them to do. They went into my Amazon account and put their name as the publisher did not make my changes and did nothing with the second book. So I wrote a bad review in which they promised they would put the second book on audible for me. That never happened. So before you decide to send them money make sure they actually do something for you first. I lost 2,000 dollars that I will never see again.”
