“First time using Build and Plumb , ordered 8 doors and given an estimated delivery date but no follow up to say doors weren't in stock. Called by door company to say they have just come in stock and when should the door company schedule delivery. The carpenter is scheduled to start work but nothing delivered , hopefully will receive delivery couple of days after carpenters start date.”

“I ordered 48 tubes of limestone white silicone 825 and not only did half not get delivered, the 24 that did arrive was expired and unable to be used. I contacted them after this and received nothing but excuses, i asked to receive my money back and was refused. Overall i would NOT recommend anyone to purchase any products from these people as they are incredibly rude and unprofessional”
