“I am not completely satisfied, I ordered a pair of pants in my usual size, but they are two sizes smaller, plus the delivery took about 2 weeks... and the return is at my expense.”

“I bought a Jacket for work and needed it urgently so called up The Build and Plumb team and spoke to Ross who said if I placed my order I could come and collect it and they would refund the delivery charge. True to his word a few hours later he was true to his word and I really like my new jacket. Great service. Great products and cheap prices.”

“No returns slip in order, have to print off a template myself from the website, fill it in, then re package parcel with slip inside. A lot of faf to return wellies that don't fit properly. Probably wouldn't order any form of clothing from here again.”
