“First time using Build and Plumb , ordered 8 doors and given an estimated delivery date but no follow up to say doors weren't in stock. Called by door company to say they have just come in stock and when should the door company schedule delivery. The carpenter is scheduled to start work but nothing delivered , hopefully will receive delivery couple of days after carpenters start date.”

“I ordered some wood preserver which arrived promptly. However the thin was badly damaged. On contacting customer services, they quickly refunded the cost. Very good to deal with. Would definitely buy from them again!”
