“The order part was OK but when delivery never arrived customer service didn’t call back as agreed Informed by courier twice delivery would be made but nothing was . Really poor service”

“Ordered a vanity unit and basin from this company was delivered very quickly on a Friday. Unfortunately the basin was broken. The delivery driver took it back and arranged for a replacement which was delivered on the Monday. Excellent customer service, quick delivery and lovely delivery men. Would definitely recommend 👌”

“Ordered an incorrect item . When we realised we returned it which was effortless, we actually phoned up to query the returns process and spoke to a very friendly person who explained in detail. We have now returned the item and received a refund in less than a week. Reordered the correct item awaiting its delivery. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be using again for my gas company”
