“I ordered the motorised valve late on Friday on standard delivery, Monday morning it had arrived by 10 well wrapped and undamaged through Royal Mail. Their website was very good.”

“I wanted some Brett Martin gutter parts which are hard to find in my location, the usual merchants don't stock them. They are available online, but prices vary widely and shipping costs to my location are rediculous (and unjustifiable). Build and Plumb had the parts I needed, in stock, at a reasonable unit cost and shipping charge, and they arrived undamaged. I have not used Build & Plumb before, but I will again.”

“The bath panel was described as reinforced which it is not. I have written to recommend they reword their description. The panel is flimsy. It was filthy on arrival and I had to unwrap to check it which meant I could not return it. I have also recommended B&P amend the dimensions and images as there’s a large lip not mentioned which means it is useless to me. Build & Plumb have never replied. Best avoided!”

“Appalling. I ordered underlay on Friday for next day delivery. I finally arrived the following Thursday after a number of emails. I did get the oneday delivery charge refunded but no apology and no none was given to me as a contact. I also found it impossible to get through to someone on the phone. Never again.”
