I ordered some plumbing products and paid for overnight delivery. It took myself chasing the non delivery to finally receive it two days later. I would suggest monitoring courier deliveries are on time being proactive to resolve future issues rather than being reactive to customer complaints.

The bath panel was described as reinforced which it is not. I have written to recommend they reword their description. The panel is flimsy. It was filthy on arrival and I had to unwrap to check it which meant I could not return it. I have also recommended B&P amend the dimensions and images as there’s a large lip not mentioned which means it is useless to me. Build & Plumb have never replied. Best avoided!

Appalling. I ordered underlay on Friday for next day delivery. I finally arrived the following Thursday after a number of emails. I did get the oneday delivery charge refunded but no apology and no none was given to me as a contact. I also found it impossible to get through to someone on the phone. Never again.

A terrible company who who’ve taken my money and yet I’ve not received the order! If it’s not rectified very soon then I will be claiming through my bank and doing online reviews via Trustpilot and Google Reviews and every other review site possible and making a YouTube video! The way they’ve not dealt with their failure or their delivery company’s failure has been disgusting! I will be adding to or reviews how this is a scam company and they will lose thousands!! I’ve had several high orders before and this is how they treat a regular customer who would have been making many high and more regular orders in the future!

This Customer was notified Several Times what time the 2 Large Parcels were due to be Delivered, and was also notified both parcels had been delivered and was Home all Day. This Customer Has Left Other Reviews for other Companies Regarding Parcels going missing from his doorstep. The Customer Has never Called Once But Sends Several Threatening Emails They have since left multiple negative reviews, which is their right, But feel free to browse through them yourself we’re proud of our Rating over Two Review Platforms, We stand by the quality & integrity of our customer service. We have contacted you via email to explain the next day delivery and how the system works, the order was placed after 12pm on Friday the 3rd this will have been stated at checkout the next day for delivery will be Tuesday the 7th as our working days are Monday to Friday, we pride ourselves on making sure all our orders are delivered in the correct time frame which this was. Absolutely terrible. You sold me items on next day delivery which you dint even have in stock, and lied after i asked about delivery time when you were waiting for stock to arrive in. Wouldn't recommend to anybody

Order date: 3rd September. Order dispatched: 4th September. Estimated delivery date: 8th September. DX tracking says: received order details, expecting parcel shortly. Expected date 4th September. Today's date: 10th September. DX tracking information has not changed. My parcel has not yet been delivered. I have no option but to give a poor rating, though I feel that should be directed to DX. I ordered 2 tins of brick seal and when they arrived both tins were bashed and dented quite bad, making it hard to open and pour, I took pictures straight away and sent them to Build and Plumb and they simply said sorry to hear that it won't affect the product.

Keylite loft ladder was in perfect condition and no issues, works perfectly as intended. However, when coming to fit the ladder the key was missing - which is integral to fitting the ladder. When contacting B&P they replied they don't actually state it comes with a key... But you need to key to literally install the loft ladder... Basically they can't be bothered to rectify the issue. Contacted Keylite directly and they stated the ladder should of been supplied with the key. Company quick to get the money but when there's an issue with the product, they'll come up with a clever little answer to worm out of it.
