“The order part was OK but when delivery never arrived customer service didn’t call back as agreed Informed by courier twice delivery would be made but nothing was . Really poor service”

“Ordered a product that I needed for a job and use these because it had the option for next day delivery. Parcel didn’t turn up no contact, this held the job up and cost money with job having to be rescheduled. The response I got was “ it’s nothing to do with us it’s the delivery firm” ……. Very helpful turned up 4 days later”

“Ordered online, items in stock and qualified for free delivery in 3-4 days heard nothing and chased after a week, was promised a call back which didn't happen then received an email to say they had been dispatched via royal mail 48hr. Items look OK but not had time to fit them yet”

“My order was delayed which was ok as they informed me by email of the new date that I would receive my items. A couple of days after this I had to ring to find out where the items were. They informed me they are in the warehouse and will send next day delivery. Again after a few more days I had to ring to chase them up. Again same answer they are in the warehouse and they were sorry and sent next day again. This time the day after I received my items.”

“I fell for the hype. It was cheap. You say it is brass but the riser looks like thin white metal probably steel which will quickly rust. The shower head is noisy and not very accurate. The soap dish is loose, and it looks like the shower head holder is not up to holding the head in the desired position.”

“My order was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, driver didn’t bother to look for my house, eventually got the order on the Friday. 1 of 3 items was missing! Called them twice and each time they promised to deliver the item on the next day,Saturday. It never arrived until Tuesday”

“Parcel badly packed, lost half its contents. Emailed straight away but no response for two days. Response was abrupt with no apology asking for photos. Given refund as all items were suddenly out of stock even though website still had stock available.”

“Product was great but took 3 weeks to arrive (from Poland apparently) I emailed a number of times to ask where it was and got no reply so eventually I rang them and they told me there had been a delay which is fair enough but just keep people informed instead of ignoring emails.”
